Most Starbucks are poorly run in my opinion. I tried this one today. No line at all. I ordered a small coffee and waited and waited. 25 minutes in, I noticed other customers were receiving their orders. I was getting a little upset but my experience told me this is nothing new. Finally after the lines were down I approached the register area and said "I think they forgot me, I ordered a small coffee." With that the associate poured my small coffee. Now dont miss misunderstand. I will always compliment for good service. But this only proves my thinking about Starbucks. Very overpriced and poor service. Coffee was not good either.

The customer service is great! How they manage to get everyone through the line and out the door in the morning is beyond me. The main issue I have with this Starbucks is the location. Its very tiny and cramped. Theres no seating area at all, and barely enough for a line going in and a line going out. Most mornings theres a line to the door, if not out the door. Now, I usually do a mobile order so that I can just step in, pick it up, and get out of the way.

A perfectly fine Starbucks experience - just like youd expect any where else. The thing to note about this location: there is no seating! Beware, Ive gone before and forgotten, hoping to spend a little time enjoying my coffee and getting some work done. Youll need to go to the Starbucks at Barnes and Noble in Crocker if youre looking for seating. Just fine besides.

I LOVE this store AND its crew; they always go above and beyond great service!!! I get coffee here at LEAST 3-4 times a week and theyre always on their A-Game. They take extremely good care of me each and every time Im there! I recommend them to EVERYONE!

I love the workers at this location (very friendly). I actually got the idea of a Raspberry Green Tea Frappuccino from one of the workers here. They are great at this location. I personally can say that this is one of my favorites in the area.

Tiny location! Besides no seating, there are also two separate lines that they dont tell you about, for picking up your orders. One in the front for mobile orders and one in the back for in person orders.

Forget about no seating, there is barely room for two people to go by each other. But I hear this store will be relocated to the main street in Crocker Park. Staff here is great.

No place to sit! This a very small Starbucks! Go to Barnes&Noble, they have a Starbucks Cafe inside! And plenty of sitting!
