They are always out of coffee. It is a coffee place you should know what to order and what you run out of the quickest....and the service is always flip flop never routine. It is always random if I am going to get good service or not and this morning was poor. I was charged for a tall and given a smaller cup, smaller one you can order and I dont understand why.....Also on top of that they said we are out of caramel like seriously how many times can you be out of a common ingredient?!

Again, not staffs fault but the parking here is a traffic hazard. The drive through backs up into the street. When trying to avoid the drive through line you nearly run into the out going drive through customers. The service was mixed. A few of the younger people really seemed to have customer service as a priority and were doing their best. Some of the older staff made comments that indicated they only cared about stations being covered. Not a very cohesive team.

Service was horrible! A couple with a young child arrived immediately ahead of me. They stood there for 10 minutes with me behind them. Staff never even acknowledged their presence and they were not even busy! There were about 4-5 empty tables and about 3 cars in the drive through lane. I walked out. If staff is unfriendly enough that they do not even acknowledge paying customers that walk through the door, I will not be back.

We ordered 2 microwaved sandwiches and one basic black coffee. After waiting in the drive thru for 9 minutes, we were asked to pull forward to wait an another 5+ minutes. The food was NEVER brought out, we had to go in!!! I know sometimes you may get busy, however, if we wanted to settle for McDonalds standards of service, its right down the road!

Easily accessible from road and noticeable easily within traffic. THIS Paticular STARBucks...The PEOPLE there went above and beyond being so helpful and very courteous. Restrooms available, Wi-Fi. And nice sections to sit if you choose to stay and enjoy your beberage...or one of MANY little treats they serve that is heavenly..

Stopped in during a road trip! Ben was delightful and pleasant. Team seemed pretty chipper despite being busy! Past couple Sbux stops through other states werent nearly as memorable as the ten minutes I spent here! Thanks for the great experience for a past barista :)

I have been driving past this Starbucks for 5 years now. Drive thru is always packed and parking is awful. I think they should redesign the parking lot so it would make it a lot easier to park and use the drive thru. Be careful if you have kids in the parking lot!!!

I think the parking is a mess, drive through Is backed out to the road at times, and it is one of the smaller Starbucks stores Ive been into. Other than that they service is great, the staff is always amazing!! My favourite drinks always taste perfecto!!!

The coffee was good, but my drink wasnt exactly made correctly. Also one side of their coffee machines werent working so I couldnt get any dark roast coffee. Not a big deal but the cashier didnt offer to make a pour over. Overall, not a bad experience.

Its coffee! Real good coffee. Good service but needs bigger parking lot. Very slow drive through service in general I think due to high volume and mere size of building and parking lot size. Prices are high but you get what you pay for.

Great location and beverages are consistent with what you expect from Starbucks. Parking lot is small, though, with no way to circle back around in it without going back in the road and making a left turn.

Has limited electric Outlets, the internet is somewhat slow, bathroom door locks non-functional. DIRTY HANDS ALERT , bathroom doors open inward so you end up touching the door handle!
