Good ice cream, better customer service! Came in with my family of 6. The employees were very helpful in deciding which flavors we wanted and how we wanted them. Happened to meet the owner while we were there! None of these other reviews are right. She is one of the nicest little old ladies ever. Not a disagreeable or racist bone in her body. And i asked about those reviews. Turns out the one about racism was from an old employee who had to be fired for not doing her job. And the hand wash one did happen, BUT it was just a misunderstanding! The customer told the story right. But what he didnt know (or failed to realize) is that that employee (who also happened to be there) was standing by the sink ready to wash her hands. But to she thought the customer was about to order. So to prevent the customer didnt having to repeat himself, she didnt run the sink so that she could hear his order. All in all, excellent experience. Definitely bringing the kids back. Very nice and helpful employees and owners! 5/5 stars!

Always something different to try! I take my 3 year old, she loves to try all the different flavors and then decide she just wants her regular :) The staff are always very friendly and patient. Signup for their lifetime membership card (its so cheap) to enjoy a discount everytime you get icecream and dont forget to keep an eye on the board inside to see if your membership number is listed for a freebie!

I went in to buy a simple cone. It was early afternoon on 11/30. The only employee was a young woman who was cleaning the floor. She stopped what she was doing, and went behind the counter to wait on me WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS FIRST, after leaving her task of cleaning the floor. I told her, I had decided I did not want any ice cream after all and left. I wish I had told her exactly why!

Its amazing the little they are serving for the price we paid.....they are not serving the correct amount, it was not like this before. And serving breakfast now???? First serve ice cream well and then maybe offer breakfast. I rather drive to Manalapan.

Mediocre ice cream for an arm and a leg! Do not recommend, its not worth the price. Got a Small waffle cone with a swirl and a cup with two scoops and NO TOPPINGS and the total was $12, youre better off with Menchies at that price. Not impressed.

Great flavors and friendly employees in a place thats practically a NPB landmark. The first time I came here was probably 35 years ago (while I was in elementary school) and its been good every time since.

this is by far the best ice cream and yogurt in all of palm beach county. the employees are very helpful and happy to be at work, which (to me) makes a great experience for the whole family.

Just bought two cookies and cream shakes. The girl who made them only filled the cups 3/4 of the way full and they were mostly milk. Terrible shakes.
