I dont know why Ive never reviewed this place!!! Ive been here I would say a dozen times and every time its better than before. My first visits were always for the Nutella Latte which combines my 2 favorite things coffee and Nutella. Its absolutely delicious! The pastries are all delicious! Sometimes you find the owner taking the cookies out of the oven. So you know its all fresh! The smashed potatoes are absolutely yummy! The ice creams are to die for!!! Try ALL the flavors you will not be disappointed. Everything drink and food wise is great! But what really makes this cafe amazing are the owners. Husband and wife duo, they make you feel like you are at home and appreciated. I love that this is a place by locals for locals. You can hang out or come get a quick bite and even if your visit is short you will feel so much better after a visit to Cream Parlor. I think Ive held off on this review to keep this place a secret, but alas! The only way this Miami Gem will remain is spreading the word! If you havent gone stop reading and make your way there NOW! You will not be disappointed. Almost forgot the decor is absolutely adorable!!!!! Cozy, eccentric and entertaining.

Never leave reviews but really had to after my experience here. Been following them on Instagram for a while and just never got around to visiting. Came in late Sunday evening and was greeted by Johnny (owner). He walked us through the entire menu with recommendations like he already knew us. I felt like I was talking to a friend. His recommendations were fantastic. The rest of the staff was incredibly helpful. Hospitality at its finest. A gentleman named Finn helped my girlfriend and I out with our orders. I was truly blown away by the genuine warmth and personality everyone had. Top notch establishment. Incredible service and food. Coming from the hospitality industry myself I find it hard to get good service anywhere in Miami, but boy did they deliver. Its easy to see why they are exhibiting so much success. Cheers to you guys, will be back!!

Took a trip here because of the high rating from other reviewers. I am so glad I did! I took my wife, two kids and grandchild here just for the ice cream. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! They allowed us to sample any or all of the flavors that we wanted. The place has such a unique atmosphere and style. We also bought cookies and they were soooo good! It was on the pricey side but the quality of the ice cream and cookies were definitely worth it. I highly recommend it to any ice cream or cookie lover! Will definitely be going back!

Ive lowered my standards and called other places in this burg "gems", but this place is the real deal!! Delightful staff, whimsical decor, downright tasty food and treats... And it doesnt hurt that theres a subtle (?) unicorn theme going on: from the unicorn head marking one of my favorite tables to the house-made unicorn poop ice cream. Great for lunch, dates, solo coffee breaks or even with the kids. And it has the loveliest owners this side of Narnia! Just please dont tell anyone about it; I want it to be my special place.

Very nice and excellent service. Food was great. Unfortunately, will definitely not return. The retro décor proudly harkens back to the "50"s when "America was Great" and segregated with lots of pain experienced by people who look like me. Only few images of "people of color" displayed. Bathroom décor, with Paula Dean proudly featured, emphasized the point that message of racial exclusion was not incidental but very intentional. Too bad it is a very nice place.Too bad because I would have loved to have come back.

My sister is a big foodie and is always finding new places for us to try. We drove from Davie just to try this place, and it was worth it. I ordered the Cookie n Cream milkshake, and it did not disappoint! My sister ordered an ice cream sandwich made with chocolate peanut butter ice cream, the ice cream was AMAZING, but although delicious, the cookies were hard and cold, not really what we were expecting. Maybe next time well ask for them to heat the cookies. All in all, I would go back and I would recommend!

This place is great for a tasty treat. When we went it was super busy. The staff however was very efficient very friendly very helpful so everything went by really quick. Try the unicorn poop ice cream its delicious. They have tons of toppings dips and choices of cones. They have homemade cookies which you can make ice cream sandwiches out of which I thought was nice. We didnt have any food as we just went for desserts but the menu looks and delicious.

This was the most amazing place ever!!! Ice cream was delicious and they had unique flavors...yum. its so family friendly and a great place to take friends. You can play board games and its a reminiscent of every adults child hood....made me tear up seeing all the little artifacts from my Era. You have to go here and experience this awsome place. They have breakfast as well I didnt know that so this will be my daily spot for breakfast.

Done well. I hope cream becomes a staple in what this neighborhood is supposed to become. The staff and owners could not be any nicer helpful. The atmosphere alone brings me back, but the food and drink is also really good. And this place is BYOB!! My only gripe is that it opens at 9am, which is cool for the weekend, but misses out during the week. Love this place. Support this place. Its worth it!

6 of us came in while it was pretty busy and we never felt rushed or unwanted. The customer service here is the best weve experienced in Miami. The staff is beyond friendly. The coffee was amazing! The ice cream amazing! Atmosphere amazing. Im sad we dont have a place like this in Philadelphia. A must go for anyone either traveling or living in this area.

Great semi-hidden treasure. Tasty ice cream in uncommon and creative flavors. Coffee is fresh and tasty. The decor is charming with all sorts of knick-knacks to catch your eye. Its often busy, but not crowded. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They have sandwiches, pastries, and other menu items that change daily. Fantastic local spot.
