Food was great but these are the reasons why the service was atrocious. 1. 9:30pm they told use they were closing in fifteen minutes although their sign says they close at ten 2. They then kicked us out fifteen minutes early. 3. One of our compatriots asked the (only) male employee to take a picture of our group of 24 patrons. And I quote "sorry im busy cleaning" shut the door in her face 4. During the extent of our stay the employees were (quite literally) screaming to shut the door. Happened on the night of 04/26/2016

My husband and I have eaten Carvel every Friday night for years. Stopped in in the middle of the work day to use the restroom. Nasty lady told me "This is jot a public restroom for the future". Ok... point well taken. Dairy Queen is just up the street nasty lady. My husband and I will start going there from this week on. I am sure their employees arent as old and crotchety.

Very rude owners, they closed early, and wouldnt serve my daughter and I. The shop was full of customers and locked the doors at 925. Instead of serving us, they laughed, and said oh well. Do not waste your money on a this place. The owners have been nasty for years! This is my last straw, and will not return.

Food was ok. Service was awful. They were rude and closed before their closing time. I had a group of people with me and we asked them to take a photo of us and they refused. We will not go back anytime and I will not recommend it to anyone. Customer service may have been the worst I have seen.

Have been to this carvel on North Lake several time. The lady owner is not friendly at all. Customer service is very poor. The service is absolutely horrible my family and I wont be going back. I will make sure to let my friends know also.

Carvel ice cream is our favorite place for soft serve and for ice cream cakes. I dont know what the secret is for the cookie crunch layer between the layers but it stays crunchy for a long time. Friendly helpful people work at this store.

They have these milkshake type creations that are amazing. I always end up going in really close to the time they close (10PM) and they still make it happily. Only wish they stayed open a little later.

Worst carvel I have ever been to dont go here and they are cheap af wont even buy powdered malt and the owners are rude as hell. Go to the one on Okeechobee or in jupiter.
