This was my first time eating at Boston market and I went with the family for lunch. I had 1/2 a chicken with stuffing and macaroni and cheese. The food was beyond amazing. It makes your mouth water by just looking at it. Everything was cooked fresh and the customer service was great. I didnt have to wait in line to long or wait for the food long. The only flaw at this restaurant is that the bathroom stalls were completely broken and the toilets flooded, there was used to let papers and pampers on the ground. Thatd the only thing that needs fixing, but the food is great!

I dont exactly love the older white gentleman that took my order. I hate people that act like its such a big deal if you change your mind and ask for something else. Im not a huge Boston Market supporter, but the food (half chicken, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, cornbread) itself wasnt bad. The chicken should be eaten the same day if you enjoy the skin because IMO it tastes really funny. Oh and, the manager needs to tell their employees not to try to get peoples numbers while they wait for their food!

Terrible...... I ordered the large turkey with the mashed potatoes and green beans for myself...and i ordered the kida meatloaf for my son....im a single parent and eating out is a luxury.....not so much.....the turkey was so dry....it was almost like biting into leather....the green beans was everything BUT fresh.....my son didnt enjoy his meal no more than i did..... Sorry BM you dropped the ball on this one Never again

Very very slow service today, more than 20 minutes wait after ordering. I dont know if they didnt have enough staff or what was the problem. Plus the food was overcooked and dry and the restaurant including the bathroom was dirty. The only reason I didnt give one star is because Ive been there before when the service was better.

Short review, One of the few Boston Markets in West Palm Beach. Not many of these franchises are popping up anymore, most are dying off. I had the Half Chicken w/ mac & cheese and corn. - Half Chicken was decent - Mac & Cheese was alright? - Corn was salty? Boston Market is not something that I would eat again.

Literally took an hour to get the food. What are these companies going to start learning to stop hiring lazy local west palm people and pay a dollar more an hour to get somebody who Who is twice as productive and can move faster than the speed of smell and have zero work ethic.
