Es un desastre mi experiencia en esta sucursal. Llegamos, hicimos nuestro pedido a la cajera. Nos dijo que esperaramos 6 minutos. En un momento empieza a llegar gente a pedir pizzas y le dan nuestro pedido. La maneger sin consultarnos empezó a entregar pedidos y obviamente entregó el nuestro sin preguntar que estábamos esperando antes. Vendió nuestro pedido a alguien que llego y se fue y nosotros ahí esperando. Como nos dimos cuenta nos quisimos quejar y manifestó que ella no tenia la culpa que nosotros si vimos que alguien pidió lo mismo que yo, que teníamos que pelearnos con el cliente para sacarle la pizza?? Está super mal. O sea que la culpa es nuestra o de ella? Un desastre la atención obvio que nos fuimos a steves pizza son mucho más ricas y el servicio excelente!

My husband just came out of there very upset.... first he goes in no pizza ready , (false advertiser ) 1) girls working , taking pictures each other, customers waiting, not even that bringing there friends to occupied space when there not order or consuming anything. Seating on the chairs and customers that is waiting , have to stand up. 2) took my order wrong , I order 4 pizza 1 order of chicken wings, . After waiting 20 minutes shes going to say that she forgot to put the order in. Then she reapply that if I wanted to wait for 20 more minutes I can do so , if not I can leave. My honest opinion I see that place going out of business soon. No managment, no customers service and employees together with the manager playing games and taking pictures on there self with there friends for facebook. Maybe they did not have no pizza ready , because there friends eat them all. I will never going back to that place. Horrible.

YOU MUST READ THIS REVIEW! Got there at 10:15p which I know is late, but the hours say the store closes at 11pm. The door was locked, but there was a person inside and behind the counter. I knocked on the door and the person just completely ignored me. I knocked again and the young lady looked at me and rolled her eyes and came and opened the door and let me in. I asked if the store was closed, and she said, "No, we are open". I tried to order a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread, but she said the only thing she had was thin crust and NOTHING else. I started to order a pizza, but the young lady acted like it was taxing her to do anything, so I eventually walked out without anything. Horrible service, and horrible planning. How do you have a restaurant and lock the door almost an hour early and all be "open" and all have ZERO product. This is maddening....I would never recommend this spot. ZERO STARS!!

Horrible service, there are always lines out the door, not because its popular but because they are so understaffed that each order takes 30 minutes or more...this place needs to hire more staff and quick and they would be booming instead of having so many customers walk out after a 10 minute wait just to put in their order

Horrible waited 35 minutes for 2 pizzas and some bread. On top of that no one had a hit net on, no one had gloves on I watched the guy in the back walk back and forward touching everything wiping his hands on his pants then going to prepare customers order. I wouldnt recommend this place.

First I had to wait on crazy bread to come out the oven which was okay but when I opened my bag to eat the crazy bread was hard as a rock and burnt. I dropped a piece on the ground and it shattered, crazy bread is known for being very soft not rock solid that is very unacceptable.

Upon walking in a young man who was working behind the counter failed to acknowledge me. He looked at me 3 different times and said nothing! Another young man came from making pizzas to take my order. Very respectful. Why are people in Miami so rude and inconsiderate?

Today is 12/22/2016 and I came to get some pizza at 8:00 p.m. 3 hours before the supposed closing time. When I walked up the lady is cleaning and claims that they are closed because of holiday hours. Very disappointed and unprofessional.

Today I was received with a "do not waist my time attitude" and I ordered a deep dish pizza and was never asked of the choice I have, in stead she made a pepperoni. The food is tasteful

I called in an order for 72 wings and they dont have any record or knowledge of it. They dont even have any pizzas ready the line is 20 minutes long. Poor service.
