The food was awsome. The drink mojito we ordered was to strong it didnt taste like a mojito. The main reason why Im giving these place three stars its because of the waitress service. I parked at the garage next door and I placed the garage card on table we were eating. When we left I forgot to grab the garage card. We came back 3 minutes later and they had cleaned the table. I asked the waitress if she has seen the garage card we left on the table, and she rudely said table is already been cleaned she didnt even make an effort to help us find the card. I wasnt asking her to go look through the trash just to go to the back and ask the guy who cleaned the table if he had seen it but she acted like she wanted us gone since we had already paid our bill and I left her a good tip. Point Is I parked in the garage for less than 30 minutes just to go eat at these place . Parking garage fee for 30 minutes was 1 dollar. Since I didnt have the garage card I had to pay 30 dollars. So just to go eat at these restaurant I paid close to 100 dollars with parking!!!! If waitress would of atleast made an effort to help us even If she wouldnt of had found the card It wouldnt be a big deal but since she had already made her money in tips she didnt want us there anymore...

Went on the 29th theyre all you can eat gnocchi night. They food was amazing you get to try all their sauces, and they are all really really really good, the house wine however was not the best so we had to upgrade. Service was decent but we had a rookie waiter what killed the night was the fact that the AC was just not working we complained and they claimed it was just too crowded and since a lot of people kept opening and closing the doors the room was hot. It was really uncomfortable and upsetting even more so because the food was so good and the excuse was just that an excuse, with as good as they do there they should upgrade the ac or at least get some fans, the place is always crowded I am sure they can afford it. Another table insisted that it was all a ploy for people not to stay long for the all you can eat special... lol. Ill be going back to try the rest of the menu I will however stay away of their 29th of the month all you can eat gnocchi special, at least on the summer time...

Pizza is acceptable good but not great. Go down the street to Mister 01 pizza instead for much better yet similarly priced pizza. The service attitude here leaves something to be desired. They delivered the wrong pizza to my table but then decided not to give it to me because they issued a replacement and trashed it when I said that I would give it to homeless person down the street. They wanted me to pay my half of that wrong we prepared Pizza. They trashed the wrong order just to spite me.

Excellent pizza. Our go-to pizza choice, and 90% of the friends we introduce to Piola. We started off loving the SoBe location, but the Brickell location is way closer, and easier to get a seat. As soon as we arrive the kids disappear... To the chalk boards. All the pizzas are good. The salads are also excellent, as is their gnocchi. They have all-you-can-eat gnocchi every 29th if the month. They serve Zywiec a euro style pale lager from Poland, not seen it anywhere else and very good.

Went on a Tuesday for dinner date night. There were only a few other diners, but still good atmosphere. We had a card for a free pizza, which I showed to the waiter (Eddie) up front, and he explained to use it at the end. Despite knowing we had a close to free meal, he offered excellent service, which is unfortunately not a given in Miami. We got the "Napoli" pizza without anchovies. Solid pizza! Would come back and order again.

Saturday night 11pm. Table for 3, outside patio. Great atmosphere and huge projector TV up the wall. Ordered a bottle of red wine (House special 825 Carafe) A regular DAnnunzio salad, great to share for two & a regular Rio de Janeiro pizza. All ingredients tasted fresh, pizza was delicious. Server (Lehandys) was really polite and attentive. Over all services was very good. I will definitely visit this place again.

not the best place for pizza. i would not recommend this place to anyone. service is slow, but that is ok if the food was good. they only had 2 shakers for crushed red pepper which we had to share... and the glasses for water were like small juice glasses, and on a hot July day, these glasses were not very helpful. only thing neat about the place is the art on the walls... that was cool

They need one here in Denver! The egg pizza and there spaghetti is amazing! Unlimited Mimosas for happy hour. Definitely left happy and full! Only downside is when were craving good pizza theres not a location here! They dont have egg pizza here in Denver =( I never am the one to write reviews but I just had to this place is a must go to!

Decent pizza place in Brickell. They have a great deal on most nights, if you sit at the bar (call to check), you buy one dish and get the second free. Their pizzas are good, and in my opinion, the best things on the menu. My husband enjoys their pastas and liked the Chicken Parmesan but found the fettuccini Alfredo to be a bit bland.

The food was delicious. Unfortunately the service was subpar. We came in on a very slow day, server had all of two tables to serve, yet water was never refilled, empty plates were never dismissed and attitude was given when asking for these simple things to be done. For that reason alone my family and I dont plan on returning.

Pizza and environment is great. Do not pay attention to any reviewers complaining about not being able to buy pizza by the slice. Its not a slice place, its a pizzeria and a great one at that. If your idea of great pizza is Papa Johns or Dominoes maybe you wont like Piola - but if you know what pizza actually is - you will.

I went last night and ordered chicken Alfredo and everything was delicious, but the actual chicken. It was like the canned chicken you buy from Publix or Sedanos. I heard nice comments about the place but it let me down. I’m going to give it a second chance on something else to see if is just one plate or all of them….

You must come here for the all you can eat gnocchi monthly event that is on the 29th every month! The gnocchi is fantastic, and you will be completely stuffed for less than 20 bucks. The staff is also additionally very friendly, and even if you dont like gnocchi, there are many other great menu options to try.

I cant imagine anyone wouldnt love this place, reasonable prices drinks and the pizza is amazing!The wait is insanely long though, parties of two are not terrible but parties of 3 or more yikes! Best time to come is right after you ate so that three hours late when you get sat, yep just getting hungry again!
