About a week ago I ate here, I got a turkey bacon Bravo sandwich & the next morning I was throwing up & felt horrible, I had a fever, no energy. I had to call off work I couldnt even get out of my bed. Days later the same symptoms were here, I made a emergency doctors appt. they told me I had food poising & it could last up to 3-4 weeks. Im still sick & feel horrible. Ive never experienced this but my doctor said if there not really clean it could of been bad bacteria on the food. Also my best friend got sick twice here with the same symptoms, hers lasted 3 weeks she said. Im so upset, never eating panera again.

Always check your soup! I ordered a quart of soup to go, got home, opened it and it was broccoli cheddar. I definitely ordered baked potato. I called and they said the only way they would refund me or give me a gift card was if I drove all the back with the soup and receipt. Super annoyed ... The kids there, even the managers are super young. They need some seniority at that store.

We come here weekly to meet our childs tutor. Compared to other Paneras in the area, this one seems to have the longest wait times and the least consistency with food. They also have the buzzers which alert you to your order being ready (rather than the ones that have a runner bring you your food), so you do have to get up get your food.

Decent food. Service is good. Prices are ridiculous. Typical "yuppie" status symbol type of place. I can think of a bunch of places I get better good and better value. Stopped today only because it was convienent.

Chicken wings are good. Left with sticky fingers yet a smile in my heart. Would recommend the big mac. Gr8 floors. BTW napkins and lemons are free.

I get my coffee every morning and love the excellent service. They greet everyone and assist in a timely manner. Bagels are awesome too.
