Their Service is horrible. Their food is sloppily made, often times tastes old or cold, and I twice ordered a classic chicken combo. The first time they ran out of sauce and gave me the other chicken sandwich sauce without telling me anything. The next time I ordered it, there was no sauce whatsoever. The staff is rude. Often times Ive went in there and they were arguing with customers or amongst each other. Very unprofessional. I stopped going.

Manager is ok, cooks always give you what they want, ruining any good experience for the store, wilted onions the heavy set guy brought old stinky transparent onions. Today they got me sick of food poisoning, they took my food to the back and God knows what they did. THE WORST, where they get these zombies from? Is better not to go to this one.

The rice was soggy the beans were watery with lack of taste plus the fries taste like OLD oil and I explain to the manager and he told us to give them another shot he signed the bill so that next time the food will be "free" but I think he should think better and give us the money back...... ¡ WE WONT BE BACK AT THAT PLACE!

It pollo so the food is good but i think whoever is in charge is theating the drive thru about giving sauce out. I can never get the amount i ask for. And I think they are getting over charged for onions because they keep it for themselves like it was gold.

Every time that Ive gone there, they were always missing something. Once I went for a salad they didnt have any chicken, 99% of their menu is chicken. How do you run out of chicken almost 3hrs before you close...Get it together pollo...

bad, bad, super bad customer service. They got my order wrong And I also God charge wrong, I paid for a brunch of stuff I didnt get. when I asked for it again they told me I had to go all around and make the line for drive thru again.

Service is horrible and slow. Inside and out on the drive thru. Employees look like they dont care about there job and managers look clueless. Its about a hour wait sometimes and i go there a lot because i live close by.

Did not get my order right, asked for white rice they gave me brown. Chatged me for plantains and didnt even give me my plaintains. Also they do this weird thing were they ask you to drive forward then reverse.
