I been here almost 50-60 times during last year, yes literally 50-60 times as my family was not with me and I hate cooking only for myself. :) and my exercise routine allowed me to eat calorie rich food. Ok point is this place is awesome and staff is super friendly. even if some one new in staff makes any mistake, their manager is always fix that and sometimes compensate with free stuffs. again point is they know that mistake happens and they are readily accept the mistake and correct it. In my opinion, that is the big thing. Even in my orders, couple of times they made mistake but it has been corrected nicely.

Consistently the slowest one Ive ever been to, from order to pick up at least 20-25 minutes, and once spent more than 30 minutes in the drive-thru (which, being a single lane and bordered by a very high curb, meant I was trapped even after Id changed my mind 15 minutes into the wait). Also has problems a lot (got there early morning and it wasnt open on time; ran out of bacon; system down/cash only; etc.). Theres a better one back on Davie Road. And for those wondering, why did I go back after all that stuff? Because I work right nearby and only a couple places are open by the time I leave work.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. You dont come here for great amazing authentic tacos, but for cheaper tacos that still fill you up and taste good. Although this place is clean and comfortable, and great if you can sit down and verify your order, they have messed my drive-through and pick up order on 4 of 5 of my last visits. If you order chips with cheese dip, always double check to make sure they give you it!

Ive never had such a terrible Taco Bell experience. They barely had anything I wanted or back up items and what they did have, well, my fiesta potatoes were burnt little crispys in a bowl. They put beans instead of beef in my chalupa (personally hate beans, but not even the point.) Heading home from work starving and this is the food I get. Lovely. Shame!

Staff is fine, Im assuming the problem is management. No sauces available other than Diablo... that was it. No nacho cheese sauce and no soft tortillas at all. Mountain dew and Pepsi both ran out. Place was clean and staff obviously frustrated because its not their fault but people are yelling.

I really enjoy Taco Bell, however, this is the worst one Ive been to by a long shot. The food was just bad...and gave us stomachaches for the rest of the night. Not sure if it was food poisoning but definitely not a pleasant experience. Just spend the extra bucks and go to chipotle next door.

Pretty good food and service. I knocked a point off because of the long waits because of this location being understaffed sometimes in the evening. Otherwise, a good clean location that has never gotten me sick. Also the staff is knowledgable about what is the food in relation to my allergies.

THE WORST DRIVE-THRU CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVER!!! THE EMPLOYEE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO KNOWLEDGE OF ANY MEAL WE ASKED ABOUT, KEPT SAYING "UMMMMM" THE ENTIRE TIME TO THE POINT WE LITERALLY BACKED OUT OF THE DRIVE-THRU.. FROM THAT ONE EXPERIENCE I WOULD NEVER GO BACK NOR RECOMMEND THAT LOCATION!!!

This place is great. Always open and fresh. But the staff did the nicest thing for me! I only had a $100. They didnt have change. I told them i was super hungry. And the gave me the food! I will be a customer forever! Just for that kindness!

Says it opens at 6:30am and I waited about 5 minutes after and nothing. I wanted to get a quick bite to eat before driving 3 hours but I was in a rush. I ended up going to Chic-Fi-La next door and I was in and out in 2 minutes.

On more than one occasion, the dine in area was closed without notice, the doors were just locked. Occasionally the food items are not as hot as one expects. However, it is a standard regular taco bell with reasonable prices

They ran out of beef and said they only had chicken. Then they had the audacity to charge me extra for everything that I ordered because "chicken" was substituted for beef. Slow service and my order was wrong.

I love this place. I eat Taco Bell almost every single day. And because I drive around for sales calls I hit many different Taco Bells and theyre all great. Theyre all so good that I personally buy stock in yum.

An outlet located at each seating location to charge your phone or use your laptop. There is a " high chair" seating with a charging port outlet. Extremely clean! An upscale atmosphere.
