the other day i called groovys pizza b/c i was hungry and i wasnt sure what to order. i havent tried groovys before so i thought i would go for it. also not many choices available late night for delivery. i wish i hadnt. the guy on the phone was nice but i had to repeat what i wanted several times. he told me my order would take 45 mins - 1 hr. i said ok, thats typical sometimes. it was about 1 hr and 15 mins later and i still didnt get my food. i called them and they told me it should be there soon. the delivery guy came in while i was on the phone with them. i was happy b/c i was very hungry but the food was very disappointing. first they got my drink wrong. then the chicken parm i ordered: the chicken, although well cooked, had no flavor. the cheese on it was poor quality. the pasta and sauce was too heavy and also had no flavor. even the plastic utensils they gave me i had trouble using them with that food. the garlic rolls it came with were burned on the outside and too soft on inside as if the dough did not completely bake. i will not order from them again.

I was there this past Saturday and the experience was really bad. I ordered the Lychee Martini and it was decent, as an appetizer I order the half wrapped hot dogs, they were ok but nothing you couldnt make at home, for my Entree I has the 14 inch thin crust pizza, this is were it got really bad, dough was under cooked and the pizza was super soggy. The waiter was awful, never came to check on the table after the food was brought out and to get the check I had to walk inside and ask for it, if not we would still be there. I dont recommend it, save your money !

Ate at the 27th Ave location near the grove. Ordered cheese steak sandwich with onion rings. Steak was cold, vegetables were soggy, tasted like prepackaged cheese steak meat. Onion rings were also prepackaged quality, from freezer to fryer. I would be bothered by this but the prices would lead you to believe that it is a higher quality product. 1st and last time going there.

I dont care if its The soup natzi pleaae take my money!!! I didnt come here to stay in a room in groovy pizza! You want customer service go to a hotel!!!! I come here for the food and leave! Pizza here is unbelievable, they are opening one up near US1 and South West 27th AVE Coconut grove, that one is super fancy looking.

Groovys had great pizza. It was a perfect stop during a late night stroll down Washington Ave. The pieces were huge, and although it was a thinner crust, it was pretty filling. The prices were just right too, as I think it was about $4 a slice. A definite stop if Im ever in the area again.

Ive been to Miami the past two summers and made sure I ate here both times, Im from Jersey and this pizza was one of the best Ive tasted. Great for a meal after being out all night or just to catch a bite to eat off of the beach! would definitely recommend it!

Price isnt that bad considering the location and the size of the slices, but my slice was barely warmed up and wasnt the greatest. Still if youre lookin for something quick and cheap to fill u until dinner or something this place isnt that bad

Absolute worst pizza Ive ever tasted...anywhere. Cold cheese on cardboard would taste better, and would probably have more sauce since Groovys doesnt use any. Rustica is right across the street and much better. Puccis beats them both.

This place is the ghost room service for the Courtyard Marriot just down the street where we stayed on March 24 2013. Food took 2 hours to arrive and the pizza was mediocre. We were overcharged by about $4. Garlic rolls were ok.

If its not on lincon road by cvs dont do it, it sux. There is a spot called grooys at 9th and washington that comes up in a search just has same name its terrible. This is the one. The real groovys is on lincn.

I live in the South Bay Club and I always order pizza from these guys. Fast delivery and good ingredients. Tip: They always under-cook it, so if you dont like a soggy pizza ask to make it crispy.

Great for a quick bite walking by. Our family ordered just a large cheese pizza and it was very good, plenty of cheese/sauce and nice new york style crust. Perfect.
