Called to make a simple order; meat lovers pizza. Gisele, the receptionist who was taking the order, her English wasnt the best, but is usually compromisable being that we live in Miami. Upon ordering, I asked more questions about the pizza I was getting like: "what meat comes with the meat lovers pizza?", "is the crust thin?" And "What are the different pie sizes?". Gisele wasnt able to answer any of those questions. She then handed the phone to Joe, the cook after 5 mins of trying to ask if the pizza crust is thin or not. Joe then gets on the phone with already built up animosity in his voice without listening to my concerns, cutting my words short every time I would try to voice my problem. And then instead of calming the situation, he hung up on me. I live down the street, I drove to the establishment to order. Gisele was remorseful and apologized for the miscommunication. Joe came from the back and continued to agitate the situation. I said,"the least you could do is give an apology for the terrible service", he said "for what?". I left after his statement. The bottom line is, even after driving to I Heart Pizza and still getting the same rude and disorderly response from Joe, I will never order from there again.

We ordered a pepperoni and beef pizza. The lady said they didnt have beef so would we like a sausage pizza. We said sure...apparently the "sausage pizza" has onions and bell peppers on it. We had no idea. When it arrived I called them back and said that the order was wrong. She said no you ordered a sausage pizza and it comes with bell peppers and onions. She argued with me for so long. We spent almost 50 bucks on 2 pizzas! We ended up giving it away to some people because none of us eat onions or bell peppers. It was ridiculous! Who teaches these people around here customer service?? Also the pepperoni pizza was so salty you could barely eat it. We didnt even look at the menu because we ordered from the beach. But who would have thought when you order a beef pizza and she says we dont have beef how about a sausage pizza that it would have some onions and peppers on it!

Worst service ever. They called to tell me they were out of cheesecake which was ok but then when the delivery driver showed up they had charged me for the cheesecake. When I called the girl Sahay said that she could not refund my credit card that I simply had to wait for the driver to take the food head back to pizza shop grab the receipt and head back to me with a cash reimbursement. I told her I didnt want to wait for food to go back then to my place as it would be cold. She said she would have the driver come back up ( he had just left literally 1min) after about 5mins she calls and says that my food wont be cold and that I will get my receipt. I opted to cancel the order which the girl claimed was already charged and there was nothing she could do.

store MIDTOWN Very disappointed yesterday waiting my delivery one hour and 30 min Im call the manager no pick up the phone and the guy arrive he say the store Super full. Im speak with the lady who take my order Im going to pick up my pizza and wing and she say he ready on the way around 30 min. I live 7 min from the pizza store. Im going to talk with the manager, depending what he resolve Im remove the review. Super deceptionada tienen buen products pero El servicio fatal, no tienen profecionalismo.

This place sucks. I ordered my food at 9 and it was supposed to be delivered by 10:18. I called they said they had one more delivery before they got to me. Im at the Deauville on the 12th floor, so I stayed down stairs and the delivery guy hadnt come it was now 11:00!! I called back and they act like they never saw my delivery. They gave me a $5 credit and when I went into use it they gave me a small nasty pizza. Maybe some of there other foods are good but their pizza sucks!

I ordered a Lombardi Pizza at 526pm. One pizza arrived about 1 hour later. The only problem It was a wrong order ( without prosciutto, without arugula only cheese and tomatoes)!! They said we send you a new one...Okay thanks I said. Now it is 751pm we still dont see any pizza. I paid $25 for something I didnt order! For "I Love Pizza" You can make a mistake, i can understand that, But FIX IT! To conclude first time and last time with I love Pizza, sorry guys

This company reports tourists and locals whose meters have expired, so that they can take your spot. The hypocrisy is that they then put letters in their windshields stating that the vehicles are from "i love pizza", as if this is a substitute for money. Thankfully, the community complained, and the great Miami Beach Parking Enforcement put a stop to this. Dont patronize this lousy pizza joint which bites the tourist hand that feeds it.

I have been to this place many times in the last 2.5 - 3 years. And it was good. I came here again after a few months break and I am so disappointed. The slices used to be bigger, and now the slice here is slightly bigger than my palm. No flavor to it whatsoever. Spent $5 and still hungry. Whatever, not going back. Im probably not the first customer they lost because of this.

Great pizza, super crispy the way it should be. Great service, friendly staff. Now if they would only add BROCOLI to the list of toppings, it would be perfect! All kidding aside, this is THE place for pizza if you are walking on Collins Ave. Prices are good. They also sell bottles of some unique iced tea that is really great. Tables outdoors or indoors, a nice touch.

The pizza is good The prices are a bit steep but the pizza is very large sizes The menu is based on NYC areas /boroughs Ie.... The uptown, lil Italy, Broadway, midtown.... All in all they are fun and great but what take it to the next level is the truffle oil topping that can be added to your pizza what an amazing creation. Keep up the good work guys

This place is ridiculous! Save your money and your time. The food is not worth the money. The food has no taste. I placed a big order; lasagna, salad, spinach pizza, and drinks. Everything was awful and I wish they would refund me those $62 because they did not deserve a penny. Only thing that was good was the coca cola.

Sometimes the pizza was very good. Most times my order has been incorrect or the toppings were sparse. Used to love the black garlic pizza, but the last few times there has been hardly any black garlic at all. Sausage pizza was very underwhelming and not worth the price.

Im from NY and the slices here come pretty close to real NY pizza. The slices are large. They have a great special where you get two slices, one drink, and a choice of dessert for around $10. The staff members were friendly and sociable.
