Alright.... So im not fussy and i will damn near eat anything. We got suggested this by the front desk of our hotel so we decided to go ahead and get some supper. The delivery guy showed up with half the order , so i just told him it was wrong . He called his manager who told me that they ran out of "coke" so he decided to give me sprite and that he forgot to make one of our pizzas. He said the delivery guy was going to come get it right away. He also said this while laughing which really had me thinking WTF, i shut my mouth as i wanted to eat at this point. 45 mins later , no pizza then he showed up... My girlfriend proceeded to let them know that 1 hour and a half was not acceptable and that a discount would be nice as it took an hour and a half to get a pizza. The delivery guy called the restaurant and passed the phone to my girlfriend. He claimed to have givin us 6 free wings and upgraded the pizza 2 inches. He also told her to Fu!* off and that people like her are bad for his company. Im still confused who does that and how a local business would treat someone like that. On another note , im still looking for the 6 free wings , i looked everywheres... No dice Save yourself some time and money

It got ripped off twice by Fiore on 71st street ! I ordered a pizza and paid with credit card over the phone. When they delivery guys showed up, he requested cash. I told the babysitter to pay him and I would reimburse her. I called and complained but they never returned my money. Calling for 2 days, would not let me speak to the manager, no even tell me his name , only his initials MJ. Paid $ 40.00 per a pie that was not even that good. Another time I receive my order with a flyer that had my same exact order for substantially less money. The clerk told me that I should have asked over the phone if they had any specials. So they charged me extra for not having clairvoyance? Fiore, I will never order a pizza from your place, ever!

Very BAD service, i called to placed and order a quarter to 2am, guy on the phone kept putting me on hold. When he was ready to take my order, i told him that im interested in the chicken salade he was acting like they dont carry it when in on their menu i had to repeat it like 5 times when he actually took the order he then told me that it has to be a minemum of $15.00 which is not stated on the menu, i try to add a few more items when he just hung up on me. I called back then he tells me that theres not delivery, that they stop delivering at 2am (by the way the close at 3am). I usually recomment this place to my guest in the hotel but guest what? not worth out business...

I order a large pizza half hawaian and half BBQ Chicken. They said that they cant add the BBQ sauce. I said ok. They were asking stupid questions with a very bad attitude so I said I just want a large hawaian pizza and if you can add chicken please, Im paying for it. It was for to go. After I got the pizza it was very bad tasting, the tomato sauce tasted like sour so it made me believe that it was damaged and old. Never again going back to this place. Bad customer service and bad pizza.

I HAVE TO SAY BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! BESIDES THE FACT THE OUR ORDER WAS EXTREMELY DELAYED . EVERY ORDER WAS MIXED UP AND TO BE HONEST IT WASNT ALL THAT!!!!!! ALL THE GARLIC ROLLS WERE BURNT.. IM TALKING ABOUT BURNT TO THE CRISP!!!!! DONT GO HERE YOU MUCH RATHER GO TO THE PIZZA FIORIE ON 71ST MIAMI BEACH APPARENTLY THEY HAVE DIFFERENT OWNERS! The location on Google needs to be updated; theyre at 1249 Washington avenue now. I called in for a pick-up of a dozen wings. I received them, went to work, opened the container and there were wings, but tiny shriveled wings that didnt amount to anything satisfying. I ate at another PizzaFiore, and I was served massive wings with way more meat on them.

Was here in Miami on vacation, and wanted pizza at 2am...This place is the best!!! We had a large pepperoni, sausage, and black olives....SOOOO GOOD!!! Everyone was super friendly from the person taking the order to the person delivering. We ended up ordering from here 4 more times! DEFINITELY our spot for pizza when we come back.

I ordered a Stromboli, it was undercooked on the inside, to the point it was running down my fork, the outside was overcooked. When I called nicely to inform the restaurant, they were very defensive.....dont eat here if you want good service and good food. Btw the breaded chicken from the chicken parmigiana was soggy...

Horrible service!!!! Placed a order to be delivered. They forgot some of the food and said they couldnt do anything about it!! Food was cold. They hung up on me twice. Defently would NOT recommend!!!!!!!!

what started out as getting a couple of cheap Petes Apizza turned into more more money that is 9 box for 2 slices of pizza and a drink ridiculous and the pizza was burnt
