Unfortunately this is not going to be a good review, the worst we couldnt even try the food. My wife and my two little girls went into the place meanwhile I was parking the car, there was a waiter (old persons in his 50s) who my wife asked for a table for four people, this rude, with not education at all "person " rose his voice and told her very rudely that there were no tables for 4, and he was waiting for some people to stand up, all this happened on a high volume, that of course make my wife mad and proceed to leave the place, she said she did not want to eat there anymore and call this "person" rude and leave, this stupid follow her and my two kids outside screaming to us not to come back ever, he didnt want us to be bear by anymore. At first I thought on replying to this “person" but definitively not worthy in front my family. I called the restaurant and talked to the register who stood by this employee, saying my wife took the wrong way and that this employee was too busy. Hoping the owner take actions.

This is the WORSE place and customer service ever. I ordered a chicken masala to be delivered at my house at 12pm. The restaurant told me the order would arrive within the hour. At almost 2pm, 1:48pm, they deliver 2 large salads and take off. I called the restaurant to ask about the chicken masala within 5 minutes from them leaving my place. The restaurant states the guy is coming back. Almost 2 hours later, they still had not showed up. The food was being delivered to my father at our house and he tells me the delivery guy picked up the salads and took off not leaving our order. I called the restaurant and they now tell me they do not know where my food is, offer me no solution aside from saying they are trying to find out what happened. Meanwhile, my father is alone and hungry. This is the most ridiculous situation I have encountered in a delivery service in my life.

The pizza and spaghetti are great. However, several weeks ago I made a delivery order and when it arrived, the buns were all burned and they didnt include the salad dressing (which were all included with the spaghettis) When I called the restaurant to inform this, a representative (David) told me that he could give me a credit for $4 and that it didnt really matter because the buns and the salad were all complimentary (LOL). I wouldve wished he said "Im sorry about that. I will make sure it wont happen again..." I also waited on the manager to call and Im still waiting on his call. Because of this experience (as much as I loved the food) now Im ordering for Babi Pizza (Great place) which has given me excellent food and service.

Furious. Ordered a $27.39 specialty pizza thru the website online. Money was taken 3 separate times off my debit card, a 20-30 minute delivery actually took 3 hours Abe that was AFTER I called when I waited 2 hours. I have now been charged over $75 for one pizza and $70 in overdraft fees. The manager basically told me to wait until their accounting catches up, yet they took the money without question, 3 hours on a 20-30 minute delivery and they after me a gift certificate. Are you kidding almost $200 total i paid for1 PIZZA and you tell me I have to wait. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER ORDER FROM HERE OR HAVE ANYONEI KNOW ORDER FROM HERE

I am new to the Aventura area, but have tried Pizza Roma several times. If I were judging based on food quality, my rating would be 4 or 5 stars. But their customer service is horrible!! Its a shame, because I think the people that run the restaurant are genuinely good, and well-intentioned, but they just dont get it. Ive experienced problems with food being delivered 2 hours after it was ordered, orders being wrong. At this point,I think the only way they would get everything right is if you dine in. Again, for a pizza place, I think the food is good (if not great), but if you dine their, just be prepared for the POOR service.

horrible. it smells disgusting in there, and the staff have tattoos and piercings and look like total punks. we went there on a friday nite at about 10:15pm and they closed at 11pm. there was only two families there and wasnt crowded at all, but one of the employees said they were closing and they basically just kicked us out and said were closing but there were families there but it wasnt even 11. After, we looked at reviews and lots of people said it was gross so im glad that guy didnt let us in XD

I have to say, when I first moved here to Aventura my wife wanted Italian food and so I saw this place. When we walked inside, it was beautiful, and cozy feeling. The waiter let us have a seat anywhere we had liked. My wife and I ordered the penne Alla vodka and baked ziti. It was the best Ive tasted and we are from Ny. The service was excellent and fast, food was great and they have remodeled this year compared to the older online pics, looks beautiful. Love this place, a must try!! Will be back!!

I ordered a simple cheese pizza for delivery , which was the worst mistake I could of every done! The pizza arrived 2 hours late , which made it cold and hard. When I asked to speak to the manager they said he was off and they would leave him a message. I called back to speak to the manager and he was very rude and asked "what you want me to do about it " . Worst service and pizza! DO NOT GO TO PIZZA ROMA !!!!! You will regret it !

Just disgusting Not sure why I even tried to order again from them again after the first experience was so bad. This time their delivery time was 1h45min instead of the 45min quoted!!!! The phone attendants could not care less. They offer 10% on the next order :) Obviously there wont be any more orders. And the food comes cold (not a surprise after 1h45min...) and is not even close to tasty anyway. The worst pizza place in Aventura

I use to get pizza here all the time, but I couldnt remember why I stopped. Now I remember. $18 for a plain cheese pizza. If the ingredients were organic, I would say ok, but this was basic tomato sauce and cheese. My family needed to add spices to give it a flavor. That was not the best part, but they sold me stromboli where the bottom was completely burnt. See the pictures. It says it all. Not going back

Ordered take out a number of times. Last time i called i asked for only 2 slices on my pizza with pepperoni the rest cheese . I said i would pay whatever ...they told me you either get half a pizza with it or none....I said you cant just do 2 slices and ill pay you for half ??? They said no ... So take your pizza and your pepperoni and you know what ... ------- Unsatisfied customer ----

The pizza was soggy and we only ordered two topings mushrooms and olive .the cheese was dry and sticky .nothing compared to any new york pizza or any decent pizza i will not recommed your better off GETING ANY OTHER PIZZA . i read couple of bad review before and still gave it a shot because i thought they might be picky .however it true it is a BAD PIZZA .
