my visit this location in specific was not so good Ive gone to many other locations and have always gotten not only great food but great service. Not in this location, although our food was good it took forever to get our food, we waited a long time and the order was only for my husband and I and our child. What made us decide not to come to this location was when had decided to order more fries too go and again it took forever we went up to tell the cashier and the cashier let the manager know who was helping in the kitchen and the manager literally states "not my problem" instead of apologizing. We got our fries and left very dissatisfied. If you want good service skip this location.

Let me start with saying the food was excellent and the CEO burger was delicious.. This review is about the service. As we sat waiting for our food we noticed the TV over the bar and our eyes were drawn to the infomercial about plastic surgery. Not a big deal but the whole show was about removing cists and skin issues. Yes kind of discusting lunch program. We asked to have the channel changed and when the nice old lady asked Carlos he said "Im not on the clock" long story short.. Id rather not watch large pimples being removed on the while I dive into my drippy cheese burger..

I didnt like anything about the food. I ordered delivery which was urban fries, and 2 burgers..first off the fries supposedly had parmesan cheese...The fries didnt even taste like fries!... no parmesan tasting..tasted like straight up cardboard literally. ...very disappointing....then...The burgers were the size of my palm. My 7 yr old ended up eating it himself....for the price which was 8 bucks soon not worth it, didnt come with anything on the side..just the little burgers they had for 8 bucks...Overall wasted 30 bucks never again!

If you want to get full then order the tripple patty burger with cheese. Patrick McCormick is a LIE. Hes from some 2nd world-city in the U.S. and doesnt even know a GMO-FREE, all natural, oh so delicious gourmet tripple cheeseburger when he sees & tastes one. Burgerfi gives Shake Shack a run for their MONEY, off the strenght that their custards are way thicker, creamier and absolutely more delicious. Patty only knows about the $1 angus steak burger at waffle house. What does he know about gourmet?????

Mike the manager and Romina rock! They did everything possible to make sure that my order came out exactly as I wanted... and they have done this repeatedly. Mike even went back into the kitchen and instructed on how I wanted it, ensured the quality, and then assembled my burger himself when he saw it didnt come out right the first time. Romina gives the best customer service and combined they make this place BurgerFine. Thanks for my runny egg! My CEO was delicious.

I truly like this restaurant. The burgers take really natural and the fries are fresh, cut from real potatoes at the restaurant - the best "french" fries in town. In addition, I highly appreciate the effort the manager does, trying to expedite the orders to the customers at the very demanding times. They have a great variety of draft beer, I love this as well. Overall a good place to go and enjoy a delicious burger with a cold tap beer in the magic city of Miami Beach!

The secret here is Marco the cleaning guy. I never seen someone take so much pride in cleaning. He opened the door for us as we walked in and he was attentive of the floor. The second patrons walked off he cleaned the tables. he was interactive even asking if we needed ketchup. Reminds me of Akeem the prince of zimunda. We have been to many burger fi restaurants so we know what to expect as far as food and quality is concerned. Never had we encountered a Marco.

Do not go here! They can not get an order right. They will overcharge you. Ask for a cheeseburger and they will key in a premium cheesburger. Order fries and they will give you 2 (and bill you for it). Order water and they will not give it to you. We had at least 5 errors on the order. It was a scam so they could boost their sales. The food was not spectacular either. The burger buns were great! They need competent employees that can listen properly.

Rude employees......the cashier over charged me for the meal and when I asked for the difference she said thats what I ordered. Really???. The service representative offer me a item on the menu and I asked for a milkshake. At the end of the meal instead of making a fresh milkshake they gave me a pre-made milkshake that came from underneath the counter. This location does not represent the high quality that Burger-Fi normally produces.

Burgers are really small, and very dry. Spent $32+ for 2 burgers, and 1 kids burger, no fries came with the order, tasted so-so, like a fast food not a burger joint, definitely way overhyped. For the price its expected its better then bk, yet it was pretty much the same. Restaurant smelled like bad cheese or something, tables were very dirty. I was there at 12:30 it was not busy at all. Will not be back.

I love the food but cashiers were very rude and they do not listen at all I think she said her name was theonie I dont think she should work in the front with customers bad customer service. I came before and there was 3 great sweet girls what happened to them I seen one of them in the back . Those are the girls you need up front instead of putting them in the back and putting the rude ones upfront .

Great burger joint! Comparable to Shake Shake in style and presentation but these have a little more meat on them. Try :the Ceo" its a mix of brisket and chuck with truffle sauce. If you like to mix it up try the "Conflicted burger" half veggie patry half ground beef. Great for fry people you can get different seasonings - they even have the option of doing limp fries or extra crispy.

This review is a few weeks late but I love their veggie burger between lettuce, nothing like it!! Jenny Benezra provided excellent service and brought me my food and condiments, without me even asking. She also refilled my drink and made sure I was happy. I really appreciate the staff here and their customer service! If you ever dine in here, Jenny will take care of you!

Great burgers!!! But guys... Please make sure to mark your parking lots and especially the rules of the other spots clearly. Thanks to Normans tavern working together with the currupt tow service, we gut towed away within 25 minutes. Most expensive burgers of our live... Plus the experience, that the US law system seems not appropriate to current times anymore...
