Avoid this place at all costs, by far one of the worst dining experiences Ive ever had. The service was absolutely awful, our order was made incorrectly, they offered things on the menu they were out of, and the price was outrageous, $31 for burgers and fries for two. The taste of the burgers was poor and well below other fast casual joints like Five Guys. When we had a problem, the manager handled it terribly. He brought our food to us, then invited himself to sit down and talk. I asked him multiple times not to, that we simply want to eat our food while its hot. He refused to listen and continued talking to the point where I literally had to yell at him to leave us alone. Through our entire horrible experience, the word sorry wasnt said a single time. This is a "trendy" spot with untrained children running the show. Ive never had to yell at a staff to simply leave me alone, and you can bet that we wont ever be eating at Burgerfi again and Ill be telling all my friends to do the same. Edit: I would not be surprised to find out Burgerfi bought its good reviews. Every person that gave the place 5 starts has a review history of exclusively five stars. Read some of the negative reviews and youll see the trend of bad service and low quality food.

Horrible service. This is the THIRD time our facility has ordered from BurgerFI Jupiter location. Every time we show up to pick up our food, which is after the allotted time given to prepare the food, our pick-up order is never ready. Each time the cashier "forgot" to give the order to the kitchen to prepare and we were left waiting while they quickly prepared our meals on the spot. On top of that each time there an error in the orders. Spoke to manager about issues to try and resolve them on the spot. No apology and no recovery for poor service. Poorly managed as well. Overall experience was terrible.

Very nice staff and smartly organized but the food was not what I expected. The beer was good the fries were awful and the burgers were not out of this world. First time ever coming to a burger fi and i dont i will ever go to one again for fries and burgers, only for beer and sunday. I rather go to red robins or cheddars for burgers. Again service was very good, nice place to just hang out and have a nice good beer and a sunday or milk shake while looking at the marina.

Great food and great atmosphere. The staff is unbelievably friendly especially Ryan. He told us it was his third day on the job and we were surprised as to how great he already is with customer service. Hes very friendly, accommodating, and greets everyone with a smile right when you walk in. Its service like this that keeps bringing customers back and we would definitely recommend burgerfi to anyone in the area. Keep up the great work!

Yummiest burgers, love that they make it your way everytime. Location is great with beautiful views within harborside and a perfect view of the stage. Make sure to order via the app for faster service, though building your own burger on the kiosk is fun too.

Delicious food but wait staff rushed us to order and it was only my boyfriend and I in the restaurant. It was my first time there and I would have much rather had studied the big menu instead of being obligated to pick the first choice that sounded pleasing.

Friendly staff, delicious burgers, and the most technologically advanced table mats I have ever laid my eyes upon. Honestly though I havent had a tastier burger than their standard cheeseburger. Also try the burg with the egg on it its delicious.

This place has incredible burgers. Everything is made fresh in house right down to the sauces. The fries are fresh and double fried so they have a nice crisp to them. This is the best burger I have ever had. You wont be disappointed.

The burger was good, everything tastes fresh, and you can get in and out in under a hour. Its a few dollars more than Five Guys but I was told this location is more expensive than other BurgerFis. Definately try the onion rings!

If you want a burger or hot dog that is upscale, go to Burgerfi. The Chicago dawg is awesome. The veggie burger blew me away. Please bring back the Brisky Business burger.

Burgers were great got or better than 5 guys. Fties not as good as 5 guys. Cheap beer 1. 79 a glass. All in all a good experience. Nice atmosphere near the water
