Este Publix Super Market de la 117 Ave y la 104 ST del SW en Kendall es diferente, al entrar a la derecha tenemos el dpto de Costumer Service y a continuación el Bakery con todas las ofertas de pan, cakes, pasteles y deliciosos dulces. Tiene una charcutería con gran variedad de productos de carnes de cerdo(jamón), jamonada, mortadela, chorizo y quesos blancos y amarillos. Del otro lado tenemos la farmacia y a continuación una gran variedad de productos lácteos que incluye diferentes tipos de leche, gran variedad de yogurts de sabores y mantequillas, margarinas y quesos cremas. Un servicio rápido de cajas para el pago y UD sale complacido. Ah y cuenta con buena área de parqueo para los carros de los clientes. Me gustó mucho mi primer visita a este sitio, Lastima no haberle echo unas fotos, mañana les publicaré fotos de este super Market.

No type of security protection for the store employees and much less the clients! A fight broke out today over someone butting in on the deli line, right behind my wife while she was being served. Scared the hell out of her but when I contacted the store, the asst mngr. dismissed it as "inoffensive" but obviously got there himself way after a good Samaritan had diffused the situation. Fortunately, nothing happened to my wife or anyone there, but the lack of protection on the part of Publix is not only unacceptable: Its downright negligent and dangerous. Not as if Publix cant afford to provide security at their stores for economic reasons since they have been systematically raping the public with their out-of-control prices for quite some time now. It does show a definite "we dont give a good hoot as long as no one got hurt-attitude, so I guess theyll decide to do something about it when something does go wrong?!?!?!? Risk Management at its worse!

Ive been going to this publix since it opened. It has gone through some middle management changes in its brief existence, all for the good. Moral has much improved in the past few months and all team members have taken their blinders off and are engaging with customers. Parking is getting harder during their busy times due to more shops opening in the strip mall. This is still a great positive and pleasing place to shop.

There should be an option for "0" stars. .. WORST publix Ive ever been to. The people working in customer service and the managers are the worst. They act like if they were doing you a favor. Save yourself a headache and drive to another publix because this one is a piece of ****!!

I have never had a bad experience at this Publix. In fact, Ive always left feeling happy. The staff is super nice to customers and to each other. I live closer to a larger Publix but sometimes I come here just for the great customer service. Keep up the great work!
