Este es uno de los sitios de mejor calidad en cuanto al servicio, atencion y los alimentos, principalmente cuando se cuenta con la presencia del mesero LENIN, el cual atiende superbien a todos sus clientes, yo especialmente soy cliente de la Fogata y cada vez que voy a ese sitio prefiero su atencion aunque la he recibido de otros(as) meseras y tambien son especiales, suerte y que sigan asi!!!!!!, ...........

Food is not bad, service is something different. Our waiter never asked us how was the food, or if we wanted more drink, coffee or dessert at the end of our dinner. Remember all those small details represent more money for the restaurant, more money on your tip. I left a nice tip, no because the waiter deserved it but because I know that at the beginning it is not easy to fullfil basic procedures. I hope last week was for that guy his first week on that position. Do not take this critic as bad but as an opportunity to get better. I work in the service industry, I know the difficulties. Do not feel intimidate by customers, they are in your restaurant for food and having time off their ordinary routine. Come on, make their visit an unforgettable moment.

We JUST ate at your new location on Sunset Drive. We were VERY impressed. Clean Good Food but above all the Manager Ruth...She is Charming, knowlegable and on top of everything. She tries to speak in English and her attention to detail is a change. She is a GEM. you are indeed lucky to find someone like her to attend to your Guests. EVERYTHING was very good. Let me clarify about the one star. The food is good I have been there on a few occasions over 2 years. It is close to the hotel I stay in. However the service is awful. The waiter never comes back to the table, never checks on drinks. Last night I even had to leave because the waiter never showed up with a menu or ask what I wanted to drink. I ended up going to Cadillac Ranch which was very good with excellent service. It is a shame that the service is so poor. I will not return.

Im a regular customer. The food is excellent. My order gets taken and served in no time. There is no mistakes. The waiters are always on top of the game. On my specific case, been a regular customer they even know my taste already. The manager comes to the tables concern about the quality of the food and service. There is never a waiting time. The prices are fare.This is one of my best places to eat in town

Visited last night and actually got sick from the food, both my boyfriend and I. We ordered a combo for two which was barely enough for one, the waiter came once to take the order and back to pick up the check. I used to love this place, it was a total disappointment I will not be returning there.

The food is good, however, someone took a bite out of my tostón then deep fried it and proceeded to bring it to my table along with some other tostones that I had ordered. Im looking at it right now as I write this. Im afraid that if I order another tostón they are gonna do things to it.

Have been eating there for about 10 years when they were smaller...food has been great since then and it is still as good...only thing, their prices have really increased. Would take off a star due to the prices but it is worth it! My favorite is the churrasco with congri...yummy!

The absolute best Nicaraguan food Ive ever had! The service is a little bit lacking, but the food makes up for it. The food is reasonably priced. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to eat good latin food.

I placed a delivery that took well over an hour (the food took forever; not the drivers fault). It wasnt even all that much food; just a chicken churrasco with rice & beans and a salad. They even forgot to put the salad.

It took 15 minutes to drink and half hour to get a soup. You would think a small restaurant would be more attentive, but management doesnt have the right aspect. Food was Okay! Prepare yourself for long wait!!
