I visited during lunch time with a party of four. The food was good as usual but Im not sure why both servers seemed disinterested in attending to patrons. The male server was constantly playing on his phone at a table near the back, though the female server was seated by the utensils and mostly zoning off into the distance. We asked our male server to replenish our small dish appetizers (the ones with pickled and spicy variety of vegetables) and he was incredibly reluctant to do so. That has never happened before. When one of our older friends had a question about the menu, he was short tempered and snappy. I truly dont think he should be in the serving business because that is really unattractive to customers and he gives Myung Ga a bad reputation. If I didnt like this restaurant already, Id probably give 1 star. If it werent for the poor service, Id have given 5 stars. But really guys, please vet your servers before employing them. I know restaurant work is tiring but at least keep up a smile and a good attitude for the customers.

I tried this place based on the proximity to my hotel (Courtyard), web ratings, and suggestion by a local. Very, very good. I had the pork mandoo and boolgogi. Too much food for one person, but I didnt let much go to waste. Im not a Korean food expert, but have been to Korea twice. The food was what I expected based on those experiences. The food was served with the traditional add-on bowls of fresh kimchi and the like. The wait staff was very polite and attentive. The female server was in traditional Korean attire. The atmosphere was typical strip mall with some nice Korean touches including a Korean cable channel on the TV. Several Asian (assumed Korean) customers were dining there which speaks well of the place to me. Curiously, they offer Tiramisu as a dessert, which I tried and enjoyed. I definitely recommend this place.

I have to admit... I simply luv this place. Days ago my boyfriend and I were visiting Miami and we really want to try Korean BBQ and at the end of the journey there we both conclude that Myung Ga Tofu was the best choice we made. Firsti, we asked for a kind of seafood omelet as entrance, then some wotips and finally the Garbee, the best plate of the restaurant!!! The latter, was accompanied with several mini cups of vegetables including two kind of kimchi. It was really delicious and we are looking forward to visit them again in another opportunity. Congratulations, you have great service, nice enviroment, relaxing music, and the best dishes!!! The prices are worth it!!

The food is good, but definitely way overpriced!! Also, the people working there need training on customer service skills big time! My husband and I went there twice, and although the waiter saw us, he didnt even acknowledge us, just kept on working. We still sat ourselves but the 2nd time we went it was busy, again even though the waiters saw us, and the sign said to wait to be seated, we stood for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged us to greet AT ALL!! So we left! Great food is no good if you have terrible customer service and high prices!! I hope they change, they have potential!

The service is poor, waited several minutes to be seated despite empty tables, slow to take orders/bring food, waiter could not answer questions about menu, but I attribute this at least partially to a language barrier. Food was ok- Pumpkin soup was especially delicious. Several menu items were not available including all deserts listed literally the waiter said they ran out of everything. Would probably not go back. I would add that it seemed way overpriced for the type of restaurant its trying to be.

Wow! Extremely impressed with this place. I had the $20 octopus noodle dish; the octopus was not overcooked, the flavor was excellent, and it came with SIX sides (small salad, two types of kimchi, fish cakes, bean sprouts, and one more). The portion size was enough for two people, and I am very much looking forward to having the rest for lunch tomorrow. Also, service was very kind highly attentive. I think that I found my new "go-to" for Weston, FL!

Great Tofu soup. This is the only place we have ever been where they serve this kind of. The Tofu is really tasty and the soups are amazing. They will make is really spicy if you ask them. Not gringo spice like most places. We dont really know anything else on the menu because we always get the soup but it is well worth the trip. The price is very reasonable. The Tea is an intersting flavor. Not like Chinese tea or Japanese tea. Very earthy flavor.

After living in Korea for more than two years I think I have a taste for authenticity ....it is definitely not present at this establishment we ordered the galbi, beef bulgogi & yaki mandu and were sorely disappointed... Not to mention they did not serve us kimchi which is a staple of Korean food. I suggest visiting the other Korean establishments that are around South Florida rather than settling for this mediocre experience...IMHO

Awesome Korean food experience. All the food was from very fresh sources e.g. seafood and vegetables. The service is quick and cordial and blazingly hot for the hot pots... mine looked like a volcanic cauldron of spicy seafood soup and the sliced beef was tender and tasty. I highly recommend this place for you asian / korean fix in traditional dishes. Bon apetit!

Delicious seafood dishes like the sliced octopus in chili sauce with noodles (a little spicy) or the Dolsot Bi Bim Bop (rice dish with meat and vegetables) are amazing and a lot of fun to devour while enjoying the selection of side dishes and kimchi. Clean, modern environment with soft jazz playing in the background adds to the experience.

From the appetizers to the spicy chicken to the spicy tofu soup, the food was simply outstanding. The service was top-notch with regards to being polite, attentive, and timely. Atmosphere is not under- or overdone and the establishment is spotless. I wish I were here for a longer stay so that I could go back every day!

This place has great value and the Korean experience can be shared with close family or friends. I wish we found the place sooner. If you are coming from the South, just go North on I-75 and get off at exit 15 Royal Palm it is easy to find. I will be a regular there in the future.

Poor tastey were Gal bi tang and yuk gae jang . Too salty side dishes. 갈비탕과 육계장은 너무 싱겁웠고, 반찬은 너무 짜요.

Tiny place but excellent food. Loved the BBQ short ribs and all the little plates they bring as the appetizer. Customer service tends to fall when they get busy but still get it done. Have been coming here for two years now and never had a problem with the food.

My colleagues and I frequent Myung Ga, they have great food, friendly service and good lunch pricing. The spicy pork and short ribs are both very tasty and come in nicely arranged bento boxes. The establishment is nicely decorated and always clean.
