Maybe it was a bad day for this place but we are never going to return there. My wife has wanted to check out this place so we went by. First off they tell you to sit where ever you like, we pick a table and are told "No" that table is for 5 (we were 3) the place was empty mind you. Its a chilly day outside and they have the AC blasting. Black dust bunnies were all over the tables, after we finally found one without dirt we saw the server take his rag and Slap Dust the table with it! Thats good for the clean dishes on the table..... The service was a bland as the food. Its a shame when you have to ask for Tabsaco to bring out some flavor in your food.... Finally, its not written anywhere that they automatically include tip on your bill and since I dont read Spanish and the place was abnormally dark, I didnt notice it and tipped him on top of the tip they snuck in. We dont live or work in that neighborhood but judging from the over the top reviews, it doesnt say much about the area....

This restaurant is cruel and offensive to any human being. They refused to serve my father and daughter today at lunch! They said "Cancer" no we dont serve Cancer! To top it off I then called the Owner "Marcelo Franco" and he told me that they do not want sick people in their restaurants. Ignorance at its best. I am unaware that my father has cancer. He just cant get cold....a non contagious disease, just like cancer.

Sometimes a little slow, but the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious! The price cant be beat for Miami ....especially at lunch. The sopa de ajo is one of the best Ive ever tasted. One little minus would be that they only serve beer and wine. Ask for Alexei, wonderful server with a great knowledge of wine. Love this place!

One of the best, if not the best bacalao a la gallega that Ive ever had. Over all, very good restaurant, excellent service, friendly staff and clean. The owner definitely knows his stuff and you can not beat their lunch specials ($11.00, comes with a glass of wine and desert)!
