les dire que fui por el cumple de mi hijo ,antes de reservar pregunte si tenian papitas fritas algo tan simple y me dijeron quue si cuando llegue y la s pedi pues a mi hijo le encantan y el no come nada del salabar solo queria papitas y carne me dijeron que eso no habia alli que las iban a conseguir y nunca llegaron ,tambien prometiron cantarle happy birthday y hasta el ultimo momento estube esperando y eso nunca paso hasta despues de pagar le pregunte a la que me habia prometido todo carolina y me dijo si ahora vamos y nunca aparecieron que pena que prometan cosas que no pueden cumplir no quede satisfecha

I would no give this restaurant a single star. First of all, the service was very unprofessional. When we told the waiter the type of meat we wanted he said to all of us (12 guests) to talk to the meat guy. That was very rude. Also, another employee was very disrespectful to one of my guests, saying that she was taking good advantage of the salad bar. By the way, the salad bar looked mediocre and did not seem fresh. For example, only one type of cheese and only one dressing type for the salad. The fish ceviche looked like it had been there for a whole week waiting for customers to arrive. Very little variety. The meat itself did not feel fresh. The gauchos took long to come around the table, so we had to constantly call them to bring our preferred cuts. At the end, the waiter had to courage to add a 20% tip, which we refused to give and found very ridiculous given the poor service and the low quality of the food. In all, it was a very bad experience, and will never return. I would be surprise if this place stays in business for another couple of months. For those rodizio lovers, there are far better options in Miami. Trust me. Thanks for reading my review.

Fuimos el domingo 3 de septiembre del 2017, en la noche y el servicio fue pésimo, no recibimos a atención de ningun tipo se , solo pudimos comer ensalada, porque después de 30 minutos la carne no llegaba, y pedimos la cuenta y los muy estafadores querian cobrarnos 105 dolar como si hubieramos recibido el servicio completo.No recomiendo este lugar, ya la.comida ha perdido calidad y suele estar vieja y recalentada.Con razon siempre esta vacío y las pocas personas q van reciben mala atención .Deberían cerrar, porque el PRECIO que cobran no justifica lo q reciben los clientes.

La ubicación es buena; los empleados muy simpáticos y atenciosos, pero la comida no tiene el sabor brasileño. Las ensaladas , la "maionese" y otros acompañamientos dejan mucho que desear... las carnes lo mismo sabor todas ellas. Un adobo un poco raro y que no es brasileño. Hay que preguntar si uno quiere al punto o no en el momento de servir cada carne. Ni todos aprecian carnes con la sangre escurriendo... Mi sugerencia es que contraten un buen chef brasileño, si de hecho y verdad desean mantener el nombre asociado a la gastronomía brasileña. Disculpen mi sinceridad.

Estuve el día de ayer para cenar ....fuimos cuatro personas ,realmente no vale la pena. Yo viví por 15 años en NJ y les puedo decir que en Newark es mucho mejor y más barato. Es ridículo pagar 230 dolares solo por 4 personas, en la cuenta estaba jarra de sangría la cual costo 30 dolares y era regular , por el servicio me cargaron 30 dolares ,dos postres regulares ,las ensaladas regulares .En la pagina web informan algo distinto al real costo. Y por lo que vi a mi alrededor todos los clientes salían insatisfechose por el precio RIDICULO....no regreso ni mas.

This review is about the "by the pound/take out" side of their business, not the main Rodizio restaurant. I had a good overall experience and chose this over the main Rodizio since I only wanted Picanha, which I loved being able to order and pay by the pound and eat right there, besides a few salad and side options. The Picanha comes from the very same grill they use for the Rodizio, so a guy brings it and cuts it right in front of you. I ordered ¾ of a pound (I had quite the cravings!) plus sweet plantains, a salad and a Coke Zero. The bill came up to $16.50 which I thought it was very reasonable. The meat was on the medium-well side and rather salty, but of good taste. Id say it probably was on the grill for a while, since I had a late (3:00 PM) lunch... Service was great but keep in mind youre basically serving yourself, which is reflected on the lower pricing. I think its a good option if you dont have the time or company to enjoy the full Rodizio experience, you dont want liquor, or just crave one or two kinds of meat.

Pesimo el servicio, hoy 17 de septiembre nos atendio el manager, un señor mayor latino super maleducado y descortes. No aceptan compras de Groupon para dos parejas so pena de sentarnos en mesas separadas. Deberian cambiar al personal que recibe a los clientes pues en nuestro caso nos fuimos antes de sentarnos en la mesa. No se lo recomiendo a nadie...deberian ser demandados por el pesimo servicio ñ y la falta de respeto a los clientes.

Ok I went with a groupon coupon. It was monday aeoung 8pm. Maybe 4 tables. And the service was horriable. No refills. No removing dirty dishes or anything. I even told the waiter once he decided to pass by to ask us if we where done. I told him no one came by to check on us or ask for refill. And he sai.. you want a refill.... I said no not now.. anyways when I got the bill I notice the tip was included 15.00 .. no wonder the service was bad the tip was included no motivation. Well the man for the meet was really nice.. and the guy that did our desert too. But the waiter 2as very disappointes. Bottom line my coupon cosr me 20.00 and it was wroth 40. So basically it was not worth it. The white rice waa dry and no salt. MOST of meat was a bit dry. I will not go back. But the desert was good. 2 cokes where 7.00 and the price for 2 meal on a week day was 70.00. 2 desert where 20.00.

Fui al restaurante como a las 2:30 pm. Bastate regular, nada espectacular , la carne recocida y parece q se les quedo la pichana del almuerzo pir que casi solo eso te ofrecian. Pedi costilla y no tenian .El salad bar bueno pero no variado. Hay otros rodizios bastante mejores que brazaviva. El local es lindisimo , lastima que la comida no este a la altura del local . DEFINITIVAMENTE NO VOLVERIA !!!

Compramos un groupon con unos ya que no conocíamos el lugar y queriamos probar su comida con la mala sorpresa que el manager un sr llamado rafael que dice ser manager que no sabe lo que es ser un manager por su actitud y su forma de ser arrogante y grosera al trato a los clientes no supo darnos solución a algo tan simple y sencillo mal rato en un restaurant de poca calidad de servicio al cliente

We came to this restaurant as an alternative on a late Saturday night, since The Knife was completely booked. Our GPS suggested this so thats where we went. The layout is kind of confusing at first, since this restaurant is inside the same building with another restaurant called "Blue Lisbon". However, once we made it to the actual steakhouse, we were promptly taken to our seats and service started immediately. The quality and selection of steaks is above average, and the salad bar is one of the best Ive seen in a steakhouse. The gauchos were also very attentive, and they were eager to bring us any selection of meat we wanted very quickly. Its still a little bit pricey, but it was pretty worth it.
