Last Thursday night my husband and my two kids went to this Chinese Restaurant by our house. We order soups for all of us. While we were waiting for the soup my husband and I went to the restroom. We are in the restroom and we hear from the restroom our children screaming. They are 10 and 12 years old. My husband volts out of the restroom in front of me. Runs over to the table started to ask the children what was wrong. The two kids jump out of the booth and my husband look down at the soup and there was a little mouse on the soup. The kitchen people came out trying to catch the mouse with knives. It was like something out of a horror movie. Here to find out the owner was one of the ones running after the mouse. Needless to say never again. We left and took the kids to McDonalds.

First timer who ducked in and got some grub to go. * Quart of Hot-n-Sour Soup ($2.55) * Quart of PFR ($6.95) * House Wor Bar - Tender white meat chicken, roast pork, jumbo skrimps, all sauteed with snow peas, shrooms, and Chinee veggie and Hoisin sauce ($12.75) Were it not for the drunk, loud, smokey, obnoxious, friendly, talkative, rude, and dangerously-close-to-getting slapped around white trash loser hanging around annoying folks outside the establishment than I may have squeezed out another star. I guess I will have to go back. Good first impression. Lots of food for the money, good flavor, not overloaded with MSG, and cooked in veggie oil. SCORE. Cabeza OUT!

We just ordered food from China Island, and we ordered honey garlic chicken and crab rangoons. After waiting for them to deliver it, our box was missing the sauce for our honey garlic chicken and the sauce for our rangoons. We called the restaurant back to tell them we just needed the sauces delivered and the person who answered had no response but to put us on hold. Then, after requesting to speak to a manager, she only argued with us for over 5 minutes, insisting that we were lying to her and she gave us sauce in our box. Then, her only answer was to send sauce in 35-40 minutes and continue to scream at us.

I havent odered from here for a few years because the food is awful and the quality is cheap the owner was very rude after he tried to rip me off of food delivered. He is very rude to his staff but i tried it again to see if it had changed IT HAD NOT .It is still awful. If you want good quality fresh food lots of quanity of shrimp beef or chicken start ordering from South China cooper city . i love their food . you wont regret it or ever go back to china island

I ordered the Fuji Duck from here twice; the first time was great but the second time (today) was beyond awful. I understand that duck is a dark meat, and super fatty, but MY GOD all the meat was COVERED in disgusting tasting and looking fat! It literally ruined my day because I was so looking forward to eating this meal and having a great night at work...instead I got sick. Super disappointed and will never order from this place again.

I live not too far from there. My son likes honey garlic chicken so we order from there every now and then. But not anymore after finding an ant in my egg drop soup... twice. The first time I figured ok, things happen well give it another try. But after finding one the second time, that is it. Im done with this place. I should be calling the health department, who knows what else is going on in that kitchen

Ive seen first hand how horrible the restraunt was and prolly still is. in the summer of 2015 i witness a chinesse male (the husband) throw a rat out the back door of the restaurant when i was out back smoking since then this place has been a point of jokeing and ridicule for us. needless to say we never ate there since

We have been getting takeout here since 1999. Tonight 3/4/15 the food was HORRIBLE, burned and dried out. I called to complain and I have never better treated like I was tonight ! I was CURSED AT , SCREAMED AT , BY SOME BROKEN ENGLISH WOMAN. They lost a customer tonight!, forgot to mention they forgot to include my shrimp in the shrimp with lobster sauce .

I have nothing good to say about this restaurant. The food is bland. We ordered delivery and we did not receive a hot and sour soup. We call them and it took 45 minutes to get our soup. When we finally got the soup it was nothing but broth. We just dumped it down the drain. I dont know how this place stays in business.

The most disgusting meal Ive had. Not only rude and disrespectful people, but uncleanness to the maximum. I literally had a huge grey hair in my mouth, while I took my first bite of the food. I dont recommend this to anyone. I feel bad for people of such low class and service. Totally disrespectful on top of everything.

The food wasnt anything astronomical, but it wasnt bad. The service put it over the top. I was staying at a hotel in town and they knew right where I was located and the number. The delivery was prompt [as quoted] and the employee who made the delivery was very user-friendly. Extra tip for the great jokes. ;)

I just ordered food because i was at a picnic. The delivery guy continuously hung up on me when i called to help him find the park. When he got there he took ALL the money i gave him (i only had big bills and needed change. He took it all as a tip). Then started cursing me out in chinese. Very bad service.

I just ordered an egg roll and a pint a shrimp fried rice. I bit into the egg roll and found an fly in it. I threw up in my mouth. I will NEVER COME BACK to this restaurant. I paid for my lunch and had to throw it all out. I will be reporting this matter to the Restaurant Inspection Service.

This was the best Chinese food I have ever had . And Ive had lots . The special fried rice alone was amazing the sweet and sour chicken was amazing the crab Rangoon amazing the spicy hot soup was amazing . I did pick up it was ready in 10 minutes. The best quality Chinese food ever

Ordered the Chicken fried rice for lunch, Smells nasty, and the chicken cannot be chicken!!! it dont taste like chicken, smell like chicken, feel like chicken. Not normally a review writer but i had to voice. Im going to call them to see if i can return. Service was polite.

The food actually isnt bad, I would rate this restaurant much higher except they have only one waitress whos the worst server I have ever encountered. Shes lazy, disrespectful and has attitude issues. Suggest you go the Take Out route, a much better idea!!!
