Fantastic, genuine, authentic Indian cuisine, plentiful easy parking, WARM AND WELCOMING STAFF, good prices, and let me say again, fantastic Indian Cuisine! Its easy to find Indian restaurants here in south Florida, but really good ones are few and far between - my hubbie and I have tried most of them and apart from Aruns, Indian Kichen, which is great but a 45 minute drive from our house, have always left disappointed. Tonight I got takeout (Butter Chicken and Chicken Korma) - and let me tell you, my husbands face was the perfect shade of crimson, he was sweating the exact right amount he likes to sweat (curry spice level was medium), and mine was a zero (which Id specially requested - i have zero tolerance for spice - but love the aromatic scents and flavors of Indian cuisine) - it was REALLY excellent - the warmth and friendliness of the staff was second to none - and I cant wait to actually take my husband there for a dine-in meal. The takeout was absolutely excellent - and this is definitely going to be our go-to Indian restaurant. Just so you know, my husband is British, so he knows a good curry when he sees one - is very hard to please on the curry scale - and he absolutely LOVED it. What a pleasant experience - thank you! Well be back for sure!

Ive been going to the palace for as long as I remember and I have seen them under two managements the first one, whom has been there for over 6/7 years did a fantastic job with meeting customers after their dinner asking how it was and he also trained his waiters to be polite and friendly with a beautiful smile on their faces while waiting on customers. However, the current manager needs to improve himself as well as the waiters. My mom and I were really hungry and we had to ask for someone to take our orders two times. Asked for a straw 2 times. Asked for the check 3 times. Thats ridiculous. The manager had this "I dont want to be here look" as well as the waiters. Also Im looking for someone to ask for the check no waiters are to be found they were all in the back chatting away. Except for one waiter out of the entire restaurant he was the only one who actually smiled at the customers while servicing them and had a genuine conversation with them as well.. I would go only for that food and to only be served by that one waiter. If you go youll see who Im talking about. Bottom line horrible service and attitudes. Except for one..that tells about a restaurant and its employees

Today I came there with my parents (they are visiting Florida) so they can taste their amazing food. Last time I was at dinner time so it was good. This time - I came at 2:00pm in order to enjoy the buffet but 60% of the food trays were empty! no rice, no chicken, almost nothing! I asked the waiters if they closed the kitchen - instead of giving us the great service they used to give he asked me: "what exactly do want me to get you more of" - it`s a buffet! everything suppose to be out for the customers. Worst service - very disappointed - we decided to skip it this time so we didnt eat and we left the place. I have to tell you the truth - the food is delicious but the experience was very poor - bottom line: no food after 2:00 (suppose to serve the buffet until 3:00). I`m not going back there.

This is one of the best Indian Restaurant in Broward county. I go along with my family every week and at least one time for buffet as well. Always food is so great. Staff is very friendly. Especially Dan and Rolando. Rick is very friendly and always smiles. Dont worry about other crazy reviews about this restaurant, but you gotta try it then you judge before you come to conclusion. Best timings for buffet is 12 pm to 2:30 and Dinner 6 pm to 9:30. We mostly go weekends for dinner and we always get the great service and best food we want. They have a very big banquet hall and it is very good for 100 people for parties. Most of the weekends it will be engaged with the parties and you can enjoy their live music. We will continue our visit till we leave Florida. Thanks

Great food! Take out & eventually went for buffet. We went as first timers to Indian food, not knowing really what to expect. The hostess really helped us out & took time in existing the dishes & even suggested what to eat since we were knew to this kind of food. Took out back home & we were really stuffed & had enough for both of us the next day as left overs. We then decided to give the buffet a try another day. It was quite busy at the time we went which was around 1, either Friday or Monday. For was great, enough of the food was out even though it was busy; its not like those Chinese buffets were you have about 25+ different dishes to choose from. Its about a good 12 maybe give or take but anyone who can should try it.

Last time I visited this place was 10 years ago (yes, 10 years). Place was odd and the food not so great. I am a big Indian fan, but due to lack of good places around I cook it my self. Recently I saw some new advertising and thought it was worth a try, specially with 50% off Groupon voucher I bought. We went on Sunday night with very low expectations and what can I say. First the place was packed! Lucky for us, someone just finished left so we were seated very fast. The smells were fantastic and the people around were all raving about the food. We had a most delicious dinner with great service. The menu is versatile with dishes from both North and South India. We will be back!!! So glad for the new owners :)

Food was great-broad selection of enticing dishes. The staff took good care of us; they were welcoming, gracious, attentive and accommodating. The sound level was comfortable as were the booths. The restaurant also has a banquet area for larger parties and celebrations. Although they dont have a printed wine/beer list they have a nice selection of both which complement the food. Fresh juices and other beverages are also available. Located at the west end of the Winn Dixie Plaza off Hiatus and I-595 it was easy to find and well worth the search for good Indian food!

This place sucks so bad. Came here with my mother to try something new and the food is dry, everything is over cooked and burnt no one was at the door to even seat us and we had to awkwardly find a random place to sit and ask a busboy for a waiter and to top it all off it took me almost 15 minutes to get a sprite. A warm sprite at that. Even with the place nearly empty the waiters are just sitting around talking and paying almost 0 attention to any of the customers. This place is horrible I dont suggest anyone comes here EVER.

One of the best restaurants Ive ever been to. The Palace is a little hidden but a true gem. When we arrived the door was opened for us, we were sat promptly, our order was taken and served in less than 30 mins. The food was delicious, we ordered the platter for two and 3 of us ate. The owner came to our table and we were so delighted with our experience that we had to tell him how great everything was... then he gave us a new dessert that wasnt even on the menu. GREAT EXPERIENCE! I will definitely be back :)
