Hicimos una reservación para 15 personas con varios días de anticipación para celebrar el bautizo de un sobrino. Ese mismo día confirmamos y todo estaba OK. Al llegar al "lujoso" restaurante, el aire acondicionado estaba dañado (en pleno verano a casi 100° F). Nos quedamos porque era imposible conseguir otro restaurante. El servicio fue PÉSIMO. El pobre mesonero solo sudaba. Confundía las órdenes. Le pedías las cosas y no las traía. La verdad no es culpa del mesero, es del GERENTE. Es inadmisible que en pleno verano a las 2 de la tarde un restaurante "de lujo" no tenga aire acondicionado o en su defecto, al menos unos ventiladores para refrescar un poco el ambiente. No quiero ni pensar en los litros de sudor del personal que cayó sobre la comida. Además, como italiano puedo decir que de italiano solo tienen el nombre y el menú, que por cierto parece hecho en Power Point del año 1995. Ante tal caos decidí pedir una pizza ¿Que tan mal podía salir? Pues sí. Mejores pizzas he comido en Cici´s o Little Caesars. Además la pizza estaba deforme, parecía que se hubiese caído al suelo.

I had a very bad experience Sunday night a the your restaurant. I prdered Veal Parm with a side of speghetti with Pomadoro sauce instead of vegetable and potato. I have ordered this many times at your testaurant and also at your unit at Merrick Park. The plate looked like at had been rewarmed under a broiler or in a microwave. The veal, was so tough it was difficult to cut with the knife. The speghetti sauce obviously had been also rewarmed. I have odered this many times and always found it to be of highest quality and properly prepared. My son ordered chicken parm. After a few bites with both agreed that something was wrong but not being in the habit of complaining in restaurants we continued to struggle with with meal as served. Hafe. way threw a server asked how everything was. My son said OK a guess. She said they were shorthanded tonight We left most of serving and paid the bill and left. It will be a long time before I will go back to Villagio. No one from from management came to ask what was wrong.

muy mal servicio, nada que le preguntaras a la mesera la contesta era con mala forma, al final no, nos gustó el trato... Le dimos el 10% en propina porque no estábamos satisfechos con su servicio, ella salió detrás de nosotros con recibo en mano hasta el pasillo del mall diciéndonos que teníamos que darle el 20% en propinas... Que falta de profesionalismo!!

Ive only eaten here twice (2 nights in a row). I was headed to the Cheesecake Factory and saw the wait - so I went across the hall. I was seated immediately and enjoyed their version of brushetta on pita. My first night I had the fish special - wonderful! The service was impeccible and I made it my buisness to return the next night. Again, I wasnt dissappointed. I had a salad and the snapper - both were fresh and just a delight to the palate. Had a white sangria and the panna cotta top it off. Im still in heaven! I will return to the area - just to eat here!

First time and will never come back. A/C broken for more than a month now, read other reviews, waiter was great but food very disappointing , small portions, my Caesar salad was smaller than the one from Wendys the chicken sliced very thin you can see thru, music was SO loud , they were so busy that never asked if we wanted dessert or coffee. I used the bathroom and was SO HOT and smelly. Not recommended at all, there are a lot of better options out there to eat authentic Italian food and enjoy the ambiance with A/C of course!

I really like this restaurant. I frequently go out to dinner and no place is more consistent than Villagio. Food is exceptional and service is exceptional. Bruchetta comes as a free appetizer and its darn good as well as a loaf of bread for dipping in some oil and vinegar. In addition to their usual menu they usually have 5 or 6 menu items that are printed up each day and placed inside the menu. Very very good and highly recommend. Never annoyingly busy either and they take reservations

Had a table reserved at 12.45. We started eating salads 1.45. Main course 2.30 Dessert at 3.30. Its still 4.15 and the havent return with our credit card..AC not working at our area... We spent over 50 dollars per person...food is average and very small portions. Wil go to cheesecake factory next time. Do not spend time here...is for your best...

Excelente restaurante de comida italiana con buenos precios... El swordfish al grill es espectacular y las pastas son buenísimas. Lo recomiendo!!

The food was delicious, the shrimps were jumbo size and plenty of it on my pasta. The service was magnificent n prompt, unlike cheessecake factory across. If you want pasta or italian food and dont feel like going to olive garden, this is the place. Prices are decent.

Amazing food!!! Juan- the Assistant Manager provided outstanding service. My parents were visiting from out of state and experienced the best food/service they have had in a long time. I will absolutely return very soon.

Service was impeccable ... On top of well seasoned steak cooked to perfection and a chicken Alfredo that is mind blowing!! If your in Miami come here! And two large portioned meals for about $40
