While we have always been fans of the Outback chain, our last 2 experiences at the Fishawk-Lithia location has left a lot to be deisred. The first incident was with the call ahead seating. We did everything on line, printed out the confirmation and arrived at our designated time. The restaraunt did not have our names and basically said "oh well" even though we had the confirmation. Getting seated "as quickly as possible" was still 45 minutes. Now for the latest and last visit, we did the call ahead seating which worked. Wait times for bevaerages and appetizers was longer than normal. Wait times for the main meal was horrendous. The waitress (whom we loved) appologized several times for the wait. Finally our meal arrived. The rib-eye I ordered looked like a pancake and was extremely well done. While the manager did remove my meal from the ticket, the entire expereince was ruined. Additionally, the front desk personnel seem more interested in who is doing what for the weekend and making snide remarks about how customers look, than taking care of business. Management should have the front desk in check, ensure comments are made behind close doors, and put someone other than children in place to welcome the public to their establishment. Overall, we like the Outback. We just will not frequent the two closet to our residence anymore due to the same issues no matter which one we go to.

We came here tonight after going tithe movies. I had the Tilapia with crab stuffing, mixed veggies and added a loaded baked potato. It was fairly quiet for a Saturday night, so we figured wed eat fairly quickly. Not the case.. The waitress took a minute to get to us, and then it took about 10 minutes to get our drinks. It was very dead, so it shouldnt have taken that long. When the food came out, o thought it was burnt in some spots. But it was actually very tasty. Not sure what was going on tonight, but the fact that our waitress was super friendly made the wait OK. This is in our neighborhood, so well be back. Just not so sure if how soon.

When I called ahead for seating they gave me a 2 and a half hour wait time. However when we arrived 10 minutes later with a party of 8 they were able to seat us right away. This gained mixed reviews from me. Had I went on what they said I would have went somewhere else. Then I ordered the outback special and my steak was so tough I could not chew it. Now I was able to order a new steak and not be charged for the first inedible one but they did not seem to really care much. On the other hand our server was great. She was new but very attentive and nice.

1st issue. My name was deleted from the wait list. We waited the estimated time at the bar and cones to wait. Buzzer never activated. When we went to check we had been deleted from wait queue.we were seated shortly after our inquiry. Orders were taken and ticket time staped at 7:07. Soup and salad arrived in 10 minutes but enters did not arrive until 7:45. Wow. Manager came to apologize, but that was all that was done...very disappointed never been treated like this before at any Outback. Wont be back to this one again for sure.

Sunday in the summer is not usually a busy day, but today seemed packed! Our server, Jordan was excellent. During our time, there were at least 3 birthday celebrations in her section, not including ours. She had a smile the entire time - you try singing a corporate version of "Happy Birthday" 4 times in 30 minutes at your workplace and do the same! We all had burgers and they were cooked perfectly. The Ahi Tuna appetizer could be larger, but we understand. Nice to have this in the neighborhood!

We had dinner the night before Easter, so naturally the place was pretty busy. We were seated immediately (party of 2). The food was fantastic. Unfortunately our server was very slow; perhaps because they were busy, he may have had more tables than he could handle. But he hardly stopped by, and never made eye contact. Another server brought us our food and cleaned up the table in between courses.

My first really bad visit. My Bisbane Chicken Ceasar Salad was all yellowing lettuce and hearts. I returned it to the kitchen only to be told that the lettuce has been like that all day. The female manager then accused me of eating the salad before offering to replace it. At the end, I paid for my whole meal and left. On the plus side, my kids enjoyed their chicken fingers.

I dated a girl that worked here once. After we went our separate ways I seemed to get sick every time I ate here. Conveniently the past few times Ive been, she either hasnt been here or no longer works here. Now I can fully enjoy great food without praying to the porcelain God for 12 hours afterwards. Other than my little debacle, its just as good as any other outback.

Service was outstanding last time we ate there. Blooming Onion was a tad oily, our server took care of it, manager came over and remembered us from a previous visit. The veggies were a tad tuff for me, server brought out a fresh batch that was perfect! No where Else can you get this type of one on one satisfaction. As Arnie says, well be BACK TO THE outback soon!

Yea its not good ordered a steak with the butter topping and it was dead and they still couldnt manage to get it right. This is the last time we waste money going there So just went there again and once again they couldnt manage to get the steak right and I cant believe they still dont have a at&t repeater so you can actually get a cell signal in there

It was was ok I went here for birthday it been a longtime scent I been. the best time to go is before 5pm after we left.The only thing I did not like I could not get sauteed mushroom with my steak either it said in there menu.they did not have too many side to order from I got mac and cheese it was ok it was dry it more cheese.

Went on a Thursday night, wasnt to packed and service was fairly quick. My only complaint was the baked potato soup which should have been called the salt bowl with some baked potato soup added, yes there was ALOT of salt in it. Otherwise, my salmon was delicious (Im not even a fish person but I cleaned my plate).

My experience was the day after mothers day. Decent food reasonable price. The only reason for 3 stars is because 2 people in my party ordered filet and lobster tail. They got a dry lobster tail undercooked (could see the raw line) and a filet mignon cooked medium and has to saw at it with a steak knife.
