My husband and I went last night on Christmas Eve. It was busy so we had to sit at a table that wasnt cleared yet. Before sitting down my husband asked a waitress if it was alright to sit there before it was cleaned and she said with a somewhat snotty attitude yes. Fine. We sat down and picked up menus and waited. And waited. We waited for 20 minutes and no one came to either clean the table or take our orders. We finally flagged down the bus boy to clean the table and ask if he could get us our waitress. He was really polite and said hed get someone. Thats the last we saw of him. We waited another 10 minutes. I finally got up and approached a waitress as she was at the register and explained wed been waiting for at least 20 minutes for someone to take our order and could she send someone over please. She was dismissive and snotty and just said sure. I wish I got her name, she had long light brown curly hair. Anyway, I had little hope at that point. We waited another 10 minutes and walked out. My husband has never had to walk out of a restaurant before! Yeah it was Christmas Eve, we get it, but you signed up for that job. If you hate it that much and cant be bothered to serve people look for different work. Youre far from the only ones working Christmas Eve so get your self absorbed head out of your butt and do the job you willingly applied for. So aside from wasting 40 minutes the food selection is very limited and seemed really expensive. Same with the drinks. We walked down to Max and Irmas and we were served by a wonderful waiter named David who more than made up for the terrible service at this Bar Louie. Well never go there again and will steer anyone away from going there too.

This place looks good from the outside, but it is awful! We went there for the dollar burger night. Our waitress was not friendly at all to start. They start dollar burger night by requiring you buy a $3 drink. Thats fine. Ok then to get anything on the burger, it costs up to $75 per item. So already for three items (pickles, lettuce, tomato) you are paying almost $7. To add fries on the side cost $4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our waitress said it only cost $1 more to get the loaded tots or fries, so I said I would try that. When we got our bill (which took a long ass time! We literally saw our waitress twice: when she took our order and when she gave the bill) it was $28! We were like what the heck. So we waited for anther 15 min to talk to somebody, and they proceeded to try to blame us for the large bill. Apparently, the loaded tots dont cost a $1 extra, they cost $9.25!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DIDNT ASK FOR THE DAMN THINGS! They kept telling me "well thats what you got, soooooo. They finally agreed to take the difference off. They should have given us the whole check free because of their horrific service and rotten way of dealing with it. We will not be going back!

We went for the dollar burger night last night. The burgers and buns tasted like they had been left over from last weeks dollar burger night. Dry as a desert, and overpriced extras. The burgers were not juicy or hot, and they were very tiny patties. The non-alcoholic drinks (there were three ordered in a party of five) were not good, and those were FOUR BUCKS EACH!!!! The waitress seemed disinterested, and when we asked for condiments (ketchup, mustard, etc.) and our fries/tater tots (which were not brought out with our burgers), she seemed like she had forgotten that we had even ordered fries! At least the fries/tater tots were fine (sarcasm)!

Three trips in a row with terrible food brought out with too many problems to list here. From tiny little, unappetizing shrimp over wilted lettuce to a (supposed-to-be) medium burger being cold and completely raw in the middle to the (large plate menu item) entree of fish and chips which were tiny little pieces of fried fish that was way more fried than fish that later turned out to not sit so well... Great atmosphere and servers at this location make it a great place for a drink but head elsewhere for dinner because this kitchen clearly doesnt care what they send out.

I have a Bar Louie in Orlando where I live which is well managed. The bathrooms had greesey slippery floors mid-day. Came back later for a cocktail the floors in the bathroom were in worse condition. Customers waslking Im making comments about the bathroom floor conditions and wondering about the kitchen. Also, no towels to dry your hands after washing. Makes you wonder if ANY emoyees are washing thier hands including the cook?. Folks this place is dirty and would not advise drinking or eating here.

Not nearly as good as the Bar Louie at Legacy Village. Food is just ok, like they are trying to "figure it out" or something. Slow service and takes too long to get your check. When the table is clear, nothing on it, it shouldnt take 10 minutes to get the check. Server came back smelling like a nasty, wet ash tray. Kind of gross actually. Then you got to wait to get your change. ...5 minutes. ...no.

I loved the prices!!! We ate and drank like kings and when I got the bill I was like hmm. This is alot lower than I expected. Highly recommend Tuesdays! I didnt rate higher because our server took forever to get us our bill. The custom burgers we rated a 6 of 10 compared to the best burgers weve ever eaten. I might try and Bar Louie specialty burger next time and see if its any better.

Our food and drinks were AMAZING. Our food was out in no more than 10 mins and it was nice and hot. Toni was our server for the night and she went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. I would highly recommend Bar Louie if youre visiting crocker park & you would like a quick, tasty meal!!!! Thank you Toni!!☺☺☺

Always come up for the burger special on Tuesday before half price movies. Food is usually decent, however sometimes service can get very slow. I can understand that during dinner hours, but later at night not so much. Every week i go they also always forget something from my order. I still enjoy myself usually.

This was our first time at bar Louie. Fantastic place. We went during happy hour. I got the double melon martini. Very delicious. I dont recommend the lime in it. Made it way too tart. Anyways we got burgers. Staff was great. Food was great. We are very happy with our experience (:

Great atmosphere and friendly staff! Their Drunken Fish with fries was amazing. Only thing they couldve made better was timely service. It took about 10 minutes to get a beer each time it was ordered and I was ordering bottled beer. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Not too busy on a Saturday night and insanely bad service. Food is average but at least the beer is cold. Parking in Crocker is always horrible but at least the valets are decent if you tip heavy. Im sure there are better options out there for the same money.

Waited at the bar for over 20 minutes (counted the time after being there for about 10 minutes). We were never acknowledged let alone served. Wish I could give them zero stars. Wont be back.
