A few months back this chipotle was short in bowls and black beans. A few weeks back it was short in chicken and steak. A few days back it was short in spoons, chips and hard tacos. Today is short in white rice and their soda machine doesnt have any more lemonade. You even see signs posted on their entrances everytime they run out of something with the word "OUTAGE" I shouldve learned by now that this is the worst chipotle we have in Broward and maybe Florida! From here on out, I rather drive my way to another Chipotle and get the *REAL AND COMPLETE MENU, because even the few times they are not short in food they give you very small portions. Is sad to even see people walk in and right out due to shortages, poor management, lack of customer service and its an overall waste of time and business space in our community. I wouldnt be surprised if they close this location. Hopefully the employees read this to start looking for another job. Lol If I could give it a minus -10 I would.

So this chunky guy just tried to charge me 90 cents because I asked for some extra rice on the bowl. He said it is new policy.. I say it is because I had my badge on and he probably is too fat to pass the fitness test so he hating on every officer he can. Also, I know globes are there to prevent your hands from touching the food but a dirty glove that has been used to serve for who knows how many minutes is the same as a dirty hand. So please next time you are going to tell lies to someone that extra rice is an additional cost, try not tapping/pressing down with your hand on the rice inside the bowl im about to eat just to make a point. Smh. Management needs to get on this employee behavior. Oh and yes I did agreed to the extra cost to get my extra rice, but since it is not a policy. I was not charged for it at the register.

I like going to Chipotle because theres vegan options. I went there today to get a Burrito with Softitas. The person that was in front of me ordered a Burrito with meat, the lady accidentally put sautéed peppers on it and the guy asked her to take it off. She took it off, obviously touched the meat, the Burrito was too big so she grabbed another Tortilla. While grabbing the other tortilla she didnt change gloves and she didnt only touch the first one. At that point, whats the point? It was dissapointlg being that I have to go to a family dinner now and was counting on getting my dinner first.

Since its opening this Chipotle has been severely under the standard of quality you could come to expect from a Chipotle. Its the only location I have ever been to which is consistently out of at least one item to finish your meal. This could turn an otherwise quick trip into a 15-minute wait even if there is no line. One week ago I traveled there and had an OK experience, its possible that this location is now Under New Management as of this review posting date. If that is the case hopefully things have changed for the better.

I normally love this Chipotle but since the e coli outbreaks, Ive stayed away. I finally went back only to see one of the workers touching his cell phone with his gloves, put the cell phone in his back pocket, and proceeded to keep preparing the food. Not cool at all. Thats disgusting and I wish that food workers would take their job more seriously. There are people with weak immune systems, people that are pregnant, etc. As much as I love their food, I wont be going back to Chipotle.

Food was great. What I didnt like was the fact that this restaurant is a very greedy restuarant. They tried to charge me for sour cream with my kids meal, as they said it was an "extra side". I have been to many Chipotle restaurants and none of them have ever charged me and are actually told not to do so by corporate. Staff was friendly and decor was nice though. Just dont let them trick you into thinking they are allowed to charge you for sour cream on a kids meal.

This place is new and clean....what absolutely kills it for me though is the kitchen manager (I went out of my way to find out what her position is)....she is so freaking rude rushing people through and being disrespectful to others in the line....its one thing to "usher a customer along" but when she says "hurry up man" loud enough for others to hear or cuts people off when they ask a question it kinda kills my vibe for going there.

Super quick line, not really good with communicating with customers. Automatically assumed I was with the white kids in front of me, when I happened to be with my handsome melanin king. Now, being the salty person I am I usually add salt to everything but not today the chips were saltier than the ocean. But the food was hot and the women serving was heavy handed with the scoops just how I like it...

First off they run out of condiments for the bowls or whatever you order.When you ask for anything extra the employees act like it is such a big deal.If they could come up with a system to help each other it would be better.This aggressive behavior happened not once but several times. I would expect a higher standard from chipotle, I feel like Im in McDonalds, very disappointed.

JUST HORRIBLE !! Everyone that was getting chicken or steak had to wait 10 minutes.. which was basically the entire line. Burned the steak quesadilla and then re did it with chicken and burned that one TOO! They argue amongst themselves in front of the customers.. Ive given this place two chances now because it is close to my job but I am DONE! NOT GOING BACK!

First off, my friend and I were the only ones in the restaurant, and they took 10 minutes to get out order. They ran out of lettuce, which is a nessecity. Then they were extremely, beyond disresptful and poorly organized. Finally, to top it off, at the bottom of my burrito bowl, I came across a lovely piece of dead cell, we call hair. REPULSIVE.

Their customer service is horrible and the people who make ur food do not know how to listen cause they give you what u didnt want the only reason I go is cause its the closest chiptole to me. The food is good dont get me wrong but this place specifically has bad customer service some of the people have bad attitudes!!!!!!!!

I wanted a salad and they didnt have a lettuce. And one of the employees was cleaning the floor an hour before closing not even wearing gloves. Also, I had to wait in line while other two employees were making themselves burritos, lol. Worst location I have ever been to. Plus, guacamole looked all brownish. Dont come here.

My most recent visit was good, the last few times before that they had a supply shortage not one thing or another, theres a young African American girl there who catches and attitudes when you ask for extra meat or toppings added. But she wasnt there my last visit. Good customer service from the cashier and server yesterday

No management here? A bunch of young kids running the place, very inorganized. Girl said she had to go and no one was helping her and it showed that she wanted to leave by the way she was handling the food. Twice she pulled the empty container of rice and the beans and dripped the water over our food. Its chaos
