We decided to try Untouchables 2 weeks ago because we heard the pizza was amazing. The first 2 times was a great experience and both times served by the manager. Tonight we decided to go there again after spending half our day in the hospital from a scare, I am 7 months pregnant. It was just a little busier than usual but nothing out of the ordinary. We were served once again by the manager and she just was not the same. She treated all the other customers surrounding us great but when it came to us she was short and would not smile. I called when I got home and I did not know she was the manager until today. I told her that she made us feel very uncomfortable and very unwelcome. She explained that she was busy up front...but, why treat all the other tables with such perkiness but us with an attitude? She told me she didnt know and she was sorry and that she did not know what else to tell me or do, very rude when telling me this. So, I told her that she lost our business (not that she cared anyway based on her tone). You know, its nice to find family oriented places where my mom, my 18 month old, and myself can go. It helps because my husband is currently deployed overseas in the Middle East and I like to have my moments of enjoyment. Definitely will not be going back. Too bad, because I was planning on having a party there to welcome my husband back home in November. He has a lot of family here too. Youre lost Untouchables. Yup (in the managers rude voice when she handed me our bill).

Second-worst restaurant experience of my entire life, and by far the worst Italian food. I cant speak for the pizza, but the calzones were huge but bland, and the chicken parm and eggplant parm were passable. The char-broiled chicken with vegetables was TOTALLY inedible; dry, bland chicken, barely chopped, limp vegetables. I ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce and received the same marinara that was on everything else. Definitely out of a can, and waaaaay too sweet. And the house salad dressing ("creamy Italian") is the blandest thing I have ever had. Ive had better tasting "Italian" food at Cicis Pizza. On top of the terrible food, the service was rubbish. They were closing early, but we asked in advance if the kitchen was still open and if wed be putting them out. A young man assured us it was fine, but as we were eating he kept rushing us to be done with our plates. It became clear that the kitchen staff was on his butt to wash our dishes so they could be finished. Our waitress took our order, checked on us briefly immediately after the young man had served the food, and stopped by at the very end to drop off our check -- a full 5 minutes after we had been hustled to give up our plates. She was very curt. Do not waste your time, money, or tastebuds on Untouchables. Let the name speak for itself.

We have 4 people sick and throwing up not to mention, feeling deathly ill from our recent meal from here. Experiencing A1 definition of food poisoning. Wouldnt eat here if you paid me 5 thousand dollars. You should be ashamed of your establishment. When I spoke to the current owner or claiming to be incharge the duaghter. She made it seem like Im an unknowing scammer trying to get my money back (never even asked). I called her to inform her as a public service as a food service manager and being in the food and hospitality industrys for 20 years. Despicable approach to business, not to mention food quality. Ive been to chicago , I know the pizza there. Been making pizza for 10 plus years commercially. This is wrost mediocre sauce , Ive had the misery of tasting in my life! Had pizza all over the world and this fits absolute wrost pizza dinning experience ever. PIZZA SAUCE is straight out of a generic can zero spices or herbs. Travelers beware of theyre horrendous mistakes. Next time your slow and no one wants to work an hour before close; say you cant sit them instead of disgracing yourselves.

I recently took my family out to eat at Untouchables as it is a few blocks away from my house and have been wanting to check it out. The portions are huge! We got the fried ravioli, trigger fingers (bread sticks), and french fries - had I known that the appetizers we got were going to be as big as they were we would have gotten a smaller pizza. The pizza sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste however the kids & my wife liked it. I think next time we go back I will see if we can get the pizza with their marinara sauce (which was absolutely excellent). I also liked that the pizza was cut in to squares, something unique to Untouchables as everyone else in the area cuts traditionally. I absolutely loved the decor! Tons of newspaper clippings about Al Capone and Chicago from the gangster era. Two adults & two kids (under 6) ate for $30 and still had plenty to take home. Cash only establishment - if you are paying with a credit or debit card you use a cashless ATM which only does multiples of $5 and charges $.99 per swipe. Will definitely go back and will definitely recommend to others!

Pretty bad. Although the service was decent and decor was kind of cool, the food was AWFUL. They were out of stuffed shells, which isnt the the end of the world. My husband had pizza, my kid had a calzone and I had chicken parmigiana. The food was VERY BLAND. I hate to throw food out so I took it home and added garlic and seasonings and reheated it...wasnt too bad, until I bit into a piece of chicken fat in my chicken parm. Im also pretty sure they use the same tomato sauce for EVERYTHING and that isnt a good thing because its so flavorless. The icing on the cake was at the end when the waitress informed us they dont take credit or debit cards for payment but have an ATM voucher system at the front register which charges additional fees and is VERY SHADY. My husband had been eyeing the place for months and was super excited we were trying something new and he convinced me out of Christinos...his mistake. Next time, we are going straight to Christinos.

This is my favorite pizza place around! I drive from Clearwater to stop in for a personal cheese pizza to eat at the bar almost twice a week. Everyone is so friendly and at your service. I brought my boyfriend from England here and he LOVED the pizza! It has such a distinct, unique, interesting taste to it. It is thin crust (just as I like it) with a bit of salty/sweetness to it - its hard to describe, youll just have to stop in for a bite, yourself. It is family owned and operated and the Untouchables Mafioso theme is just about everywhere you look, with the black and white Untouchables movie playing on silent in the corner to top it off. If you have guests coming in from out of town and want to impress them without spending too much money, bring them to Untouchables Pasta & Pizza. They are sure to comment on it. P.S. - If youre a chocolate lover, take a piece of chocolate cake home with you, it is so rich and decadent, you cant finish it all at once!
