Donatos is great, just not this one. The crust and pepperonis are NEVER crispy (like in other locations), like they dont leave them in long enough. Called once when we got a cold pizza delivered. $3 coupon came in mail. Wow, the same $3 off I can get from printing a coupon online, thanks guys! Clearly too much profit motive in this franchise location to be run properly. Corporate should investigate, I bet they are breaking their franchise agreement.

Just placed pick up order for a medium founders favorite and a medium pepperoni/sausage/green peppers/mushroom, picked up the medium pepperoni/sausage/green peppers/mushroom, but no founders favorite, instead we got pepperoni/green pepper/onion. They noticed their mistake and called once we were almost home. Pizza was semi-warm, not fully cooked. Not satisfied what so ever!

Cashier was so unprofessional! Didnt have my coupon with me after ordering online, so he wanted to charge me full price. I said i didnt want pizza then. He said "youre going to not get the pizza over a few dollars". So your not going to sell the pizza over a few dollars...especially when we order from there 3 times a month. Not anymore

Worst experience ever. We ordered for an item and they didnt have so they should have told its not avilable instead they gave us a sandwich which was thrown to garbage. Also i needed chicken only on the pizza but it came with bacon. High unsatisfied with their service. Never ever will go for this .

Manager is a douche bag. Rude and would not answer simple questions when I called. I believe his name was Paul but called at 3:53 and he was short with me and rude. I was considering working for this company part time but no thanks. What a jerk!

My wife order online. As she was getting ready to into a meeting, she asked me to call and have the order (if able) be delivered before the meeting or have them deliver after. I call four times and the phone did nothing but ring. No answer.

All they do is talk and forget about your pizza. Waited 13 minutes after my pizza was said to be ready. They didnt even put it in until I got there. They werent even busy. They did offer me water... Probably never going back!

Call to have a few subs delivered and they wouldnt deliver 3 miles from there store. The guy on the phone that anwsered was a driver and was rude and snappy. Never eatting here!!!
