First, I do not like giving negative reviews, but sometimes it is necessary. Where do I start? I was enticed by the bacon wrapped pizza commercial, somehow hoping this Little Caesars wouldnt let me down again, wrong! I started by asking for a different topping, other than pepperoni, sure said the order taker, for an extra charge. I was confused, so I asked if all the toppings cost the same, he said yes, but if it was changed there was an additional topping charge. I guess pressing the change topping icon must be costly. No biggie I said, leave it the way it is. I guess this was an issue with the workers because when I opened the pizza the bacon, around the outside, was completely burnt and the crust was 3 inches high; this is a sign it had been sitting around forever. Next, I found a nose hair in my pizza, I nearly vomited! And yes, I am positive, it was a pulled nose hair! We also ordered a crazy bread and it was extremely dry. I know that Little Caesars is the Family Dollar of pizza chains, you get what you pay for, but this was a horrible experience. I didnt complain, I will do what I do when I receive poor service, not ever go back.

Theyre ok here. Depends on who is working at the time. Ive had good and bad experiences. The reason Im writing this review is because the last couple times Ive been in I noticed the lobby was really dirty. The floors dont look like theyve been mopped in months or years even. Theres dirt all around the baseboards (tiles along floor) and greasy handprints all over around the door going from the lobby to behind the counter. Just makes me question how clean the cooking area really is. Edit: Have to add that the last 3 times Ive called to order ahead, Ive had horrible customer service over the phone. Its really like these people have never been properly trained in phone etiquette. Theres one girl who mumbles horribly and gets rude if you ask her to repeat herself. Ive been put on hold without being told so, they just literally stop talking to me and leave me hanging there listening to their conversation or just silence until they decide to talk to me again. I think they need an actual mature, adult manager to educate them and make them actually seem like a respectable business.

This is the absolute worst Little Caesars I have ever been to. The first few times after they messed up my order, I let it going saying " It happens". But after being disrespected not once but twice but staff, including the manager, they will never get my business again. The last order we placed was for Italian Cheese bread. After getting it home and opening it, I discovered IT WASNT DONE! The dough was not risen at all! I took it back and spoke to the manager wanting my money back. She told me that she was not allowed to do refunds and that I would have to wait for the owner. When I asked when he would be in, she told me she didnt know his schedule.

If I could give this place a negative review I would! went in last night and Joe that manger was horrific! Treated me and another PAYING customer like complete crap. He also refused service to a customer so he could go home. Several times thru the interaction I had with him he keep saying I just want to go home . Not once did he look at me smile or make me feel like I was important! He tried to short change another customer!! I will be contacting corporate and letting them know about my subpar service.

Absolutely disgusted. Deserves NO STARS.. I will NEVER come back again. I found HAIR in my pizza! I am undoubtly disgusted. I vomited several times and my stomach still has not settled down yet. None of the employees wear hair nets or even gloves when they touch the food. When I told the manager all employees should be wearing hair nets and gloves I was passed off as if I didnt say anything all I received was a half ass apology. STAY AWAY unless you like eating hair.

Refused to make salad for a customer in front of me. One guy running registers was very busy the rest of employees were in back laughing and he asked for help they said no we are busy. They didnt have any hot and ready pizzas. This chain is a joke pizza is poor quality compared to other little caesars. I would suggest going a few miles down the road to Gratiot store.

I ordered hot and ready just cheese ahead of time, when I got there they handed me a hot box but inside a dry old pizza, the sauce was literally brown and the cheese burned. I told the girl at the register: will you feed your kids this pizza, she start to wimble till I had to tell her to get my money back, they did not even offer to make a fresh one..

I called in to order and the man who answered the phone was very rude. He even denied me a few things because he didnt feel like it, I was shocked. When I picked up my order I realized the man who had answered the phone was the manager! Obviously I will never be returning.

They never have hot-n-ready available. Always told its a 7min wait. You might as well go somewhere where the people working there like having a job. This place is the worst.

They do a terrible job of cutting, dont put enough seasoning on the icb, and charge too much for butter + parm on the pizza.
