Ive been limiting my visits to this store each and every week. First, they simply REFUSE to order the iced tea Ive asked at least 6 people about... including a "manager." All on deaf ears.... but I suspect its just bowing to marketing ploys. Further, I will NOT stand in line with my 8 year old who can read...EVER AGAIN..... while they display those DISGUSTING magazine of smut and lies. Kim Kardashians half naked butt, lies, gossip, deceit and a full view of societys biggest trash. If you have no regard for my child....my money will NOT be spent at your store. Remember the days of Home and Garden and Good Housekeeping sitting in place of smut? At this point, Ill take Cosmopolitan over the trash Publix displays shamelessly in full view of children. They also have changed their product placement to push MORE PROCESSED food on everyone, while getting rid of healthy options. Look what happened to the bakery department. All garbage in the center aisle where baked goods used to be. Just read the ingredients.... its ALL garbage now. Do yourself and your a favor, shop where there is REAL food... not products pushed by the Grocery Manufacturers of America.... cause it aint food.

I would rate this store higher except for the terrible pharmacy. They drop auto-refills off of your records, fail to notify you when meds are ready and fail to stock common medications so you end up without what you need when you need it. Add to that the condescending attitude shared by most of the staff there and you get a really crappy pharmacy. Too bad. Its very convenient to have a pharmacy right there in the grocery store, but they could stand some improvement. Otherwise, this is a nice store - always clean and usually well-stocked. Grocery employees at the register and out on the floor are super nice. Deli counter folks are good as well. Pharmacy is the only dim spot and it is dim indeed.

Large one-stop shop supermarket/grocer that typically has everything you could need to make just about any meal. They do online ordering, delivery, and can special order items for you - just ask. I am a Publix devout and hate buying things from other grocers. Clean store, fresh foods, and friendly staff - cant ask for much more than that. People will complain about the price, but I pay more to shop at Publix. If I wanted to nickel and dime my way through the food I eat, Id shop at Walmart (ew).

As a infrequent visitor to this store, I was unfamiliar with the placement of the ticket machine for the deli. After being drawn down by one of the managers for not following protocol, I left the deli without purchasing anything and have decided to never go back to this store. With all the competition out there, you need to do better.

Very unproffesional staff, including the pharmacist. I have had several encounters with the staff in which they have been very rude. I have also been standing near the counter as they made fun of a patient who just had a question about her prescription. I decided to transfer my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

Wonderful Place!!!!!! It has good deals! It has good costumer service! IT has a great bakery, a deli with the nicest people, a pharmacy, groceries, cards,a great location, and a lot more.You should go check it out ! I love it there they even give you alot of free samples.

I have shopped at many Publix stores and they have a quality service but I really like the Brooker Creek store. Their staff are friendly and helpful. Sometimes their young bag stuffers get too chatty but that is OK...
