We went to try this place this evening. Its was not the worst experience we have ever had but it was pretty close. Our server was Brittany and she was not the best. This was our first time there and definitely our last. When we got there it was pretty swamped and coming from a waitress background I get it. We didnt realize it was wing night so it was extra busy. It took her a little time to get to the table which was not a big deal. Then when she brought us back some waters we ordered and I explained to her it was our first time here and I saw something on the menu online that they didnt have so she worked it out so I could get what I wanted. However that does not reflect well on the restaurant to not have the website updated. After getting our appetizer(chips and queso) we still did not get our beers. The waitress then took another table with customers she knew because she was playing with the baby. She then takes the baby behind the bar to check on something. We still have not recieved our beers at this point. She comes back gives the baby back and is inviting the table to her house for Sunday Funday at her house. Then goes to another table and continues to chat with then about her tattoos. A food carrier comes out with our food now at this point and we still did not get our beer. So I told the girl that we did not get our beer. She said she would get them for us. Brittany did not come to check on us until after we started eating our food. She did finally bring us our beer when we were eating our dinner. She continued to conversate with the other tables around us. Just as a first impression the service was not great. The staff then began to argue about tables and such and it was just really uncomfortable. We paid $35 for 2 burgers chips and queso and 2 beers. To us this was not worth the trip. My husband and I finally decided to call the manager Kristen and she refunded us our money and we are grateful for that. We will not go back and its a shame because the food wasnt horrible and I was going to order desert and had a bad day at work(retail manager)so all I wanted to do was go out and relax and have a couple of drinks and enjoy ourselves. Thank you Kristen for being understanding.

Was a mess from the start. The waitress never told us her name and was way more concerned with the vapor ad on a flyer than our orders. We never got her name and she messed up my husbands drink order, I asked for lemons for my water and recieved them thirty minutes later when my husband got his salad. We waited forever for refills and didnt get plates for the appetizers until again my husband got his salad thirty plus minutes later. The battered mushrooms are great though. I ordered a sandwich on white and recieved it on wheat and had to eat my blt without bread. My husbands steak was over cooked and my sons chicken tenders were hot on the outside and cold on the inside. The broccoli soup tasted like gravy with broccoli added not cheesey broccoli soup. We got one drink refill in two hours. Then waited an extra 30 minutes from when my husband and son left to get in the car and had to ask another waitress for the check. We will not be returning!

My family hasnt been here is quite sometime due to the food and poor service dont know what happened, thought my family would try it again, it was my husband birthday 1/21/17, we told the waitress and thought we would have enjoyed a nice breakfast but once again the service sucked we had to get another waitress to help us, our drinks were empty and needed to order more food for my family our waitress was no where around, we had went to the restaurant for along time almost every other day before things started to change and not even the owner came and asked if we were ok,,, what, really,? it starts with the top The stars are for the wings. To bad so sad

Wish it could get stars, upon ordering food was brought the wrong food it was something someone else in my party asked about not my order. When it was brought back you here the waitress say in the kitchen he changed his mind 3 times. At that point I asked to speak to the manger and they never came. The attitude is poor and the service is horrible the food was good but I wont eat food from a kitchen with attitude like that sorry that just me but if I dont trust where its came from I wont eat it.

The food was lacking in every way there is. I got 1 plate of shrimp with some fries and 1 glass of tea. The shrimp had an overpowering aroma of old bay but once the shrimp was peeled it had 0 flavor and the texture was that of rubber. My husband ordered boneless wings that were clearly over battered and freezer burned and 1 glass of tea. We waited forever for our food and the place wasnt busy at all. Our bill was right at 50.00 but our meal was far from worth it.

Dunno what the deal is with the other post ... but the place is GREAT! Awesome wings...awesome country fried steak....its just all great. MY fav is the philly though!!! Been goin for years and will be going back much much more! Fri nights are just busy b/c of the all ya can eat fish fry!!! Have some patience! The place is small but not too small for a sports bar and Ive never noticed it being dirty. Ive also never received any rudeness from the staff!

Love this place! Great local hang out. Tons of free parking. Friendly staff. All you can eat wings. They have old bay wings! Being from Maryland this is epic! The rest of the food is great too. American pub food with quality you cant get at the local chain restaurants. Theyre opening a coffee bar in their expansion and its awesome. Quality hot mocha for 1.50 to promote it for now. Get them while you can. Love this place!

Waitress can make or break a place.Our first time. It was not busy at 8:30 on a Friday night, but when asked about beer selection with dinner she did not even say they had craft beer. Or tell us about specials, had to ask. Never asked us if we needed refills, did not check back before fish got cold. We needed tartar sauce. That was one unhappy waitress. We will try one more time & hopefully a different waitress.

I recently dated a female waitress that works there and on several accounts Ive watched her and others lick glasses and stick there fingers in drinks before taking them to customers. Deliberately serve food late and other things to mess with customers they didnt like I would highly recommend not eating at this place due to health reasons.

Very very good food and service. My husband and I go there often and we love it. The wings are awesome and they also have great steaks. Salads are huge and very fresh, good sandwiches, two for one drinks. Good environment, family oriented. There is a bar but its not a rowdy, loud place. Very resonable prices, friendly people.
