Im disappointed. Every time I have come to this resturant it has taken over 45 min to receive my phone. Id understand if it was busy, but even on days its slow they still remain to take their time to cook. But not only is the cooking slow, usually it has taken somewhere between 5 to 10 minutes for the hostess to recognize my party standing their. Yes, I can respect this happening one or two times, but its been almost every time Ive been in this restaurant. It is rumored that they intentionally choose to wait so you drink more... however I am under 21 and never bought alcohol from here. But my lack of care for this place doesnt stop there. I had to pick up a catering order at 11:00 am that was over $200. It took three phone calls and being put on hold for over 15 minutes to actually talk to someone who could take the order. However, after placing the order and making sure it would be ready at 11:00 am to pick up, it was not ready until 11:45 am. The event started at 11:30. The manager kept saying that they were putting the last items in the bag, but really they did not start making the meal until 11:00am! (WHEN I WAS EXPECTED TO PICK UP THE ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE). After the manager brought out the food she failed to apologize or anything, even though her staff failed to prep order in time. Im sorry Wild Wings of Spartanburg, but you have lost my trust. Not only do I think your staff is under average, but the management is a disappointment.

Went in for the Lunch Buffet @ 12:45pm. Three of us eating the buffet, only two plates available in the buffet area. No napkins available. Only two types of wings available and some tater tots. Asked for a plate and told well get that to you right now. Went and grabbed my own salad size plate from the servers station after a five minute wait and ate off of that. No Blue Cheese or Ranch or Celery available at the bar. Told by the hostess it would be delivered by our waitress and it was, about 8 minutes into the meal. After about 10 minutes, went back to see if any new wings brought out, and now no plates available at all. Asked a waitress walking by to help us with that, she said, okay and never did, so the tiny salad plates were once again what we went across the restaurant to get for ourselves. Grabbed three more wings (the smaller ones hoping for better quality). No such luck. No presence of any manager, direction or leadership whatsoever for the thirty minutes we were there. $11.83 is not a lot of money, but for a pan of fatty chicken wings under a heat lamp, it is a fortune. Could have gotten a better meal and better service at Auntie Ms convenience store.

Weve been here twice. Both times the service and food have been great! Watch out on the wing sauces, Atomic, unlike other wings places "atomic", theirs is HOT! I have learned to back off a level next times. The burgers are great and the chicken my GF got was great. Our waitress was fast and extremely friendly. Even when I requested Blue Cheese in stead of the Ranch dressing he mistakenly brought, our food server paused and said hed bring one right out and was sorry. He didnt make a mistake, the first was Blue Cheese, my fault. But rather than argue, he brought another. That is proper training and a consciences employee! The interior has a nice old town feel to it with a lot of wood and high ceiling. The music was just the right level, loud enough to hear, not so loud that you could not carry a normal conversation. We have a new favorite place in town!

This location has gone way downhill. I visited on 1/26/17 for dinner. We shouldve left immediately. They were not busy and there was no employee in sight. Not behind the bar... Nowhere. Some customer actually went to find help. It took 1hr5min to get a 30 PC wing platter & a kids grilled cheese. No one took notice of the wait. When I inquired to our waitress 50 mins in, she said, "Yeah, the kitchen is kinda crashing & burning right now. Sorry, I dont know what is going on back there." Okay.... The manager brought our food out and asks if he can get us anything else. Umm, no. I dont have another hour. Completely clueless. And some of our flavors werent right. We will not be back. BTW, on our last visit 6ms ago, we were given plastic cutlery bc no silverware was clean. Sad, used to be one of our favorite places.

I have never been interested to go to this place, however I ended up there today because it was a holiday and my plan A, B, C and D where closed. Service was awful, even though there were only like 3 tables with people food (to go) took more than 40 minutes to arrive, which if it was a very elaborated (or even what I ordered- I will come back to this) food I could understand. I asked if some of the things from the salad could be substituted, she said she will ask, then she never came back and when I got home to eat my food, it was not even the right type of salad, and it had all the things that I asked to be removed. I tried to pick around but even the things I could eat were very poor quality. In summary I had to have cereal for dinner after getting something that I could not eat. First and last time here.

My lunch at wild wings was literally the worst dining experience Ive ever had. It was so miserable I made a google account for the sole purpose of warning others against eating here. First of all, me and my girlfriend were unfortunate enough to get a pseudo-intellectual college grad as a waitress who would rather talk to the neighboring table about her boring humanities major and life plan than do her actual job. Second of all my wings arrived with a hair on them, and feathers still attached. I would have asked the waitress for something else, but as I stated earlier, she would rather discuss her life plan and her useless major than actually serve customers. I will never be going back to wild wings in Spartanburg again.

Been to this location many times, seems to have a very fluid schedule. Patio is open one time closed the next.Very difficult to get waited on and then are being waited on by 2 at a time and one doesnt know the other is waiting on us and says " I dont know where your server went Im sorry can I help you" then food arrives in stages. Restaurant hours say open till 2am never once saying only bar no food. Have dined here before and have ordered at various times with different rules applied everytime. Tired of the guessing game as to when youre open and when youre closed , when you can eat and when you cant. Either youre a bar that sometimes serves food or a restaurant that serves drinks. Through playing games of chance.

Went on a Wednesday night and they were playing Bingo in the DOWNSTAIRS area of the restaurant and had the upstairs closed. We had to wait 20-25 mins to be seated because several tables had finished eating but would not leave because they were staying to play Bingo. After we were seated it took 58 mins for our food to arrive and then they had to bring my son a new sandwich 10 mins after we got our food because the kitchen had dropped his and had to make him another one. On top of all that the guy who was calling the Bingo game was very loud and obnoxious. I do not recommend going there on a Wednesday night and as dried out as my wings were I dont know if I can recommend them at all. 1 Star.
