We stepped into this bar and felt like we were in another decade! The decor was eclectic and the lights really played tricks on your eyes! We sat in that cute little elevated booth and the back of the bar and just enjoyed the ambiance. The waiters were amazingly nice and checked up on us multiple homes without seeming pushy. Happy hour is very reasonable - beers for 4 or 5 dollars. And the lunch special is 10 dollars for a burger, which theyre know for. I cant remember which burger was ordered but it was great! Mac and cheese side looked small but really filled you up somehow. Overall a solid four stars and would come back when Im in the neighborhood!

This place sucks!!!!!! Do not bother coming in here. There are so many much nicer bars in this area. I came here for happy hour, the drink selection was horrible! I have never been to bar who waters down wine. One of the happy hour drinks is a sparkling cocktail which is made of prosecco and grape fruit juice. Yuck!!!! The staff was rude and not helpful at all. When it came time order it felt like the staff did not want to be bothered. The food I ordered came out right away, but only because it was not completely cooked. I am so disappointed and will never step foot in this place again

Nice vibes, helpful service, interesting seating choices allowing for smaller parties to slightly groups to bond over great burgers and sides and beer. I like how much information is available about the beers. The kitchen is tiny, but the restaurant has a ton of burgers on the menu complete with intriguing names and varying flavors and toppings. As this is a bar, environment is slightly loud; though its seating allows for intimate conversations, the overall volume might be distracting and induce a need for louder conversation voices.

What a surprise! Blink and youll walk right past this ultracool pocket of a bar in LIC. The furniture is curated by someones quirky rich aunt with fun and Gothic taste. The flatbreads may take 15 minutes, but theyll be worth the wait. The bartenders are knowledgeable and just aloof enough to make you think youre in Brooklyn for a minute. And apparently they have bangin karaoke on the weekends, but we havent made it over for those yet.

Good bartenders, refinery beer and burgers! Now, I do wish music changed to more top 40 at night. I also wish when on my diet days, I could do an Amstel once in a while or lite beer - but overall good staff & excellent chef cooking up burgers coupled w-great cust service earns my stars - I live next store so I threw in the extra star but if they throw in a few lite beers & mix up the music a bit - itd get 5 .

Burgers were so disappointing - if you dont cook meat to temperature, why wouldnt you say so when we order them medium rare?? They came out medium-well, so it was a waste of the Pat LaFrieda beef, which, when cooked properly, is delicious. It was a shame since Id read the other reviews and had been looking forward to a good burger. On the plus side, they have a good array of craft beers...

Great selection of craft beers across a wide range of tastes. Interesting and different food selections tapas-style, although they did not like it when I said that! What I meant was varied interesting items in European portions. The Fromage a Trois flat-bread was great. Great music and decor. Two minutes from Queensboro Plaza metro stop (7, N, Q)

This is literally the best burger joint Ive ever been to. My girlfriend and I went here twice in two days while on vacation. We had a burger there that weve been trying to recreate at home but still havent been able to. It has a very small kitchen and its extremely hot inside, but the beer is absolutely delicious and cold. Thanks again.

I liked the menus covers being Vinyl Album Covers - very cool. The burger was excellent. The Bacon Jalapeño Mac & Cheese tasted nothing of Bacon or Jalapeño although the cheese sauce was pretty good. I had an LIC Rye Beer which was excellent. May get a burger to go and walk over to the LIC Taproom next time.

I stopped in here with friends around 9pm with hopes of enjoying a glass of wine with a burger, but alas, we only had the wine as I think the kitchen was temporarily down. Loved the dark but sexy vibe in here that felt like a cross between a great date spot and a non-pretentious place to frequent after work.

Good craft beer and awesome burgers. Sometimes they run low on beer options at the end of the weekend. The owners are know for sabering wine bottles but honestly Ive never had the wine here to comment on. Overall this is a great local bar in the northern part of LIC.

Just-right blend of cozy/open and rustic/hip. Really just needed a place to use the bathroom but had a happy-hour $5 pilsner and the "Alice" burger with jalepeno-bacon mac before taking a Citi bike into Manhattan. Okay two pilsners. Perfect!

Solid beer selection. GREAT food, with a limited but well-selected menu. (Upscale burgers and flatbreads primarily). Pleasant staff. Classy and lounge-like, with good music at a reasonable level. Quiet enough to have good conversation.

Warm beer and no air conditioning, not what what I needed on a hot August afternoon. Ended up leaving half my beer and I was quick to leave. No WiFi was available. Overall it was a disappointing visit and I dont think Ill be returning.

Awesome food. Great beer selection. Niche atmosphere. It is kind of out of the way in Queens Plaza but if youre at the hotel near by this is a great place to grab a bite. The staff are pretty interesting to talk with and know their beer.

This bar is adorable. Great pics from the 1912s are still in use and the lights are made from bottles. Met lots of terrific people. Bartenders are attentive. Wine, beer choices are written on the blackboard. Fun place to hang out at.

This place was nice, but they were out of a lot of food and wines (may have been an off night, Im not sure). The food we got was delicious. Be sure to look at your bill, because they included an 18% tip for two people.
