Went there for many months, mostly to shoot some pool on the weekends. Shaved head bartender, (dont know his name), suddenly became abusive and hostile one night/morning near closing time -- back in April 2013. An attitude one would expect from a patron getting on his beer muscles -- but certainly not from an employee. Im left only with the idea that he confused me with someone else -- a troublemaker or such. At 60 yrs old, I have never encountered anything like it or him. Three, (3), different people (that I dont know) approached me soon after to ask what it was all about, and I was at a loss -- and still am. All three wrote their names and numbers down in case I needed witnesses. An older married couple (that I also dont know) offered me the business card of their lawyer. I havent followed up -- is it really worth the hassle? In summary, I am certain that there was one main reason behind his actions -- and that is because he could -- to me. I am non-threatening and peaceful -- and it seemed he either genuinely confused me with someone else (but he called me by name), or he sought to show someone how tough he is and chose someone not able to meet him nose to nose. Havent been back -- my only power being that of my pocketbook.

Great bar, great staff, awesome atmosphere, great live bands. Ive been to quite a few bars and this by far is the best. Its always a great time at Easy Street.

EZ is my "Cheers"! Its nice to form friendships with the bartenders. They make an effort to know what you like and to always take care of you!
