If I could give this no stars I would. I ordered the eggplant primivira but I wanted to Alfredo sauce instead of the red sauce because I cant eat the red sauce. The waitress assured me that I would get what I wanted. When I got my plant there was very thin slices of egg plant NO SAUCE hardly at all with just a tiny amount of cheese and my noodles were covered in the red sauce. Which was watery and disgusting. I couldnt even eat it. While waiting for our food we got the salad. There was hard any dressing on it. We were never asked what type of dressing we wanted either. The tea was overly sweetened and they did not want to bring us a second round of bread sticks. So for $17.00 I got to eat 2 bread sticks and 2 very thin slices of egg plant and very little salad. What a waste of money. Next time I will spend my money at Sonnys Barbecue or red lobster where I know I will get something decent. I am very disappointed. The olive garden was my favorite restaurant when I was living in Texas but the one here is an absolute disgrace!!!! This is a true restaurant review not a review on the staff. The waitress was very nice and attentive. which was the only thing I enjoyed.

From the beginning to the end of our visit: AWFUL....... 1: While being led to our table, our way was blocked by two wait-persons arguing. Host finally had to ask them to move 2: Ordered Tour of Italy; chicken parm was over-cooked and all looked as though it had been sitting for a while. 3: Kioz on the table Very misleading. I played a trivia game and was charged $1.99. Nowhere on the thing did I see I had to pay. 4: My raspberry tea had about an inch or more of sugar on the bottom of the glass 5: I dont know what they did to the salad but it was so full of onions, neither one of us could eat it and it was terrible. 6: At the end of the meal, our waitress sat down and filled out the survey without us even looking at it. She, of course, had a glowing review...NOT TRUE! This was a Mother/Daughter "date night" which we cant do very often. We both were EXTREMELY disappointed! Never again will we go to Olive Garden Lake City, Florida.

Tonight is my birthday and went to Olive Garden for a mini celebration. The meal was great. After telling waitress I came for my birthday, she told me I could have any dessert on the minu. So I ordered teramasue with coffee. I told her I would be back, I was going to rest room. After returning, my salad was gone...a large bowl. I told her I was going to ask for a box for it and she said she would fix me a new one. I told her I was a restaurant guide for lake city and I would be sure to add that to my comments. I didnt want a new salad, she had not even suggested to me if I wanted a box for the salad earlier when I ordered the dessert. It was a shame she had to waste the salad.

Good consistently yummy food with nice portions. This visit the service was a little lacking. I got all you can eat soup and salad and she just couldnt get it straight. Wrong soup or just never brought it out. Had the wrong drink order for my child and charged us for it when the kids menu said it came with it. She never took it off after I showed her the mistake, so I kindly donated that portion of her tip to the drink order.

Very rude host. Words cant describe how rude and disrespectful she was. I reported her to the manager but nothing will probably be done about it. If I knew her name I would post it but anyway its the dark skinned black woman about 59. She works at the front as soon as you walk through the front. In my 34 years of living, Ive never seen anyone treat a stranger so rude. UNBELIEVABLE! !!

I have always been a fan of Olive Gardens food. Our waiter today was amazing and, as with the rest of the employees, you can tell they love there job. It makes the experience so much better. And today I learned that the head chef at each one is sent to Italy to be trained. It defiantly shows!

We were seated quickly, with no wait. "Kandy" was a wonderful and delightful waitress! She was very attentive, friendly and prompt. Customer first attitude which was greatly appreciated by myself and my friend. Food was great as always.

Part of the Darden restaurant network, this locaion has nice staff and corporate menu food (which isnt bad). Since the introduction of the tabletop computers and the surcharge for their use sneaking onto the bill, Ive stopped going.

Bartender (Dennis) is awesome! Makes drinks for the whole restaurant, the outer bar area and the bar while taking orders and serving food....All with a great attitude and fast friendly service. This guy deserves a raise!

For a itialian restaurant there lasagna and chicken parmesan leaves something to be desired but there soup, salad, bread stick meal is very good and filling for the price, there bar is well stocked as well.

A rude and impolite bunch at the ToGo section. I got there and a worker is on her cellphone, she sees me, walks away and no one came to serve me. I stood there for over 10 minutes on 1/26/17 @ noon.
