Its apparent that those giving this place a good rating have absolutely no idea of what good food is, especially Italian Food. If you like bread stick dough passed off as pizza dough, and spaghetti sauce laced with ketchup or I dont know what, then this is the place for you. Because its cheap doesnt make it a bargain.On the contrary, youd be better off boiling your own pasta and getting some sauce from a job. If youre in the mood for pizza, even the worst frozen brand would be better than this trash.This is not only the worst Italian restaurant where Ive eaten, but the worst restaurant PERIOD! Oh yeah, I AM an expert, check out my name.

We have never tried the buffet but definitely need to since we order a pepperoni pizza from here 2-3 times a week! The sauce has an authentic taste that you wont find anywhere else. Little Caesars might advertise a $5 pizza but Milanos actually has one! (a little under 6 when you add tax of course) We go through drive thru so havent dealt too much with the staff but they are always nice on the phone and when handing us our pizza. We will definitely be back! My only complaint is that they arent open on Sunday so I have to wait a day to get my pizza fix. ;)

Newport has very limited choices. Milanos has decent food but not the best I have ever had. So without much else to choose from, I try to call in an order at 7:48 on a Saturday night. Much to my surprise, they dont answer the phone. This has happened two weekends in a row. Apparently they dont need the business. I guess I will just make my pasta at home. It is better anyway. Thanks for nothing.

I come in a laugh at the hillbillys eatin with their hands, talkin funny and " preparing go da gobermant to takin our guns away " lolol uncivilized folks but the food is better than the fried southern artery Claugin food to make you fat, ugly and dumb. Yankees moving in so watch the REAL food being served on white linens and valet parking. Good ole southern ways gotta change

Ive been to this place several times over the past few years and I havent once had a bad experience. I almost always get the calzones and theyre always perfect. They always have good customer service and theyre very cheap as well. This place is my favorite restaurant in the entire city and Ill continue coming here as long as theyre open.

We just had our daughters birthday party there last night- and it was AWESOME ! Not only was the food superb... the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Milanos for any family gathering... party or a simple night out. The prices are very very reasonable, and the quality of food is amazing. Keep up the good work guys.!

The restaurant offers a buffet. Which was just ok at best. But they actually have a sign that tells you they will charge you $5.00 for any wasted food. Then when I got up to pay I was actually charged a fee for not using cash. I think that it very disgraceful. And I will not be back and encourage others not to patron this place.

We ate there tonight for the last time. My son and me had the buffet but my wife ordered off the menu, she was completely forgotten about. We were finished eating and she still had not gotten her dinner. I told the woman at the register when we cashed out that we would never return, she ignored me. Last time.

We like their food. Its decently priced and its really good. We had the Greek Salad and tried the wings tonight. Theyre by far the best we have had from anywhere in town including Brandywine. We had the mild and they were absolutely delicious. Pizza Hut WAS our favorite place to order wings from in Newport.

I couldnt rate a dinner higher. We called in an order to go on New Years Eve 20 min to closing. They still had a cheerful attitude, they were welcoming and our food was absolutely EXCELLENT! Our next visit to the area will include us stopping in again. The food was also very reasonably priced.

Very good food. We eat here when were in the area. Good variety on the buffet . They have wings on the buffet and the salad bar is fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Italian. Its also only five minutes off of I-40.

Pizza, the only thing I have tried so far is good for the money. Only the customer service, not so great when you have a problem. They dont believe in correcting an error. Also, if you like sauce on pizza consider paying for extra.

Its awesome! My family always gets the family special. It has 2 large 2 topping pizzas, 2 spaghettis, 1 salad, and breadsticks for $22! Its an awesome deal for 6 people. I regret that are now open on Sunday

Great eats! Homemade italian dressing, breadsticks and spaghetti sauce! Very large portions! One of the best eats in Newport! Very friendly staff and a good place to eat thats quiet and homey.
