Ordered dinner and drinks for my family, pizza finally came but driver failed to bring any drinks. No problem I thought, happens to everyone, except he asked for the full amount. After explaining the why the bill should be amended he finally accepted the cash minus drink cost and I also gave a generous tip in a gesture of goodness. So pizza and water for dinner, not great but ok. Today (four days later) I ordered a pizza and asked if Pizza Hut would remedy the issue of the last order, after going through the wait via phone for a manager I was informed that they would not and so I canceled my order based on the managers response. After a minute or two I called back to speak with the manager myself, this did not end well. The manager rudely claimed the driver should have remedied the situation same day and they would do nothing to make up for it. How the hell am I supposed to know that I need to hold a driver responsible? Im just a patron giving my hard earned wages to your business in exchange for what you offer? I tried to explained during her explosive interruptions how that was a second failure on their part. Alas it fell on deaf ears. In short she was rude from the beginning of the phone conversation despite how calm kind and mannerly I approached the issue, and she also hung up on me. Having been in the service industry for years its common practice that if youre charging the public for a service and you fail to deliver, then you also attempt to remedy your mistake in some manner. Example- if someone forgot an appetizer during a dine in event, perhaps they would receive it at no charge. Since Pizza Hut doesnt heed to such standard practices and fails at customer service then we certainly wont be giving them our business.

Pizza Hut is never on the top of my list for pizza, but figured I would give them a shot tonight, here in Waynesville. Tried to order a deal online for delivery, but found that delivery was closed online do to the winter weather. We decided to order by phone and were told that they could deliver, but couldnt do the deal because it was for online orders only. I then asked if it was possible to order a carryout oder through the app, but have them just switch it to delivery and I would tip graciously. I was told to hold on. Then we got to listen to the same person we spoke with, scream and mock my question to some one, with expletives, in the background. Once he was done, someone else answered the phone, claiming to be the manager, and asked, "how can I help you?". I told him that we heard the guy screaming in the background and that it was highly unprofessional. The "manager" then told me that it was "non of my business". We told him we were not going to order because of that and he rudely hung up. I am a F&B Manager myself and in my career, I have been in all stages of food service between fast food and club management. In NO circumstance would that behavior ever be acceptable in customer service. I hope all the luck to this establishment in their future employment decisions, but I will never place an order here.

I was literally ignored for almost ten minutes by all four employees that were working while I stood at the counter (no one in front of me). Not even a hello or a smile. Eventually I cleared my throat loudly, and one employee came up and said he could not help me because he did not have register privileges but that someone would be with me in a minute. They were not. I am pretty sure the person who eventually helped me was the manager (male, Caucasian, 40s or 50s, short brown hair and mustache), one of the ones who had been ignoring me, and he never even apologized or anything. He just acted like nothing had happened. This was ridiculous, unacceptable customer service. I mean, how disrespectful and rude can you be. I usually go to this location because their pizza is significantly better than the one closest to me (Sylva), but after tonight, maybe its time to give up on Pizza Hut altogether.

My husband and I had the buffet for lunch and there was one waitress on duty with one cook who obviously was the manager on duty as well. The food was good and service was great. The sever was doing most of if not all of the work. When we were there the server took a phone call for a pick up order at 4:00pm (it was 12:30-1:00) asking for Alfredo to feed 16 boys. The manager replied nasty like to the server when she asked if it could be done "they shouldve called yesterday day-sorry!" At this point the sever said she would make it and have it ready.. obviously they have the wrong person in charge here.

DO NOT BUY THE $10 box scam!!!!! as bad as it sounds your better off eating at little ceasers as it tastes better than the $10 box scam PH offers. BOYCOTT pizza hut until they bring back the $10 meatlovers and supremes.... When the CORPORATE AZZZZ HOLES see how much money they are losing they might decide its time to offer a pizza deal that will sell.. If you do decide to take the chance and get the $10 box deal,,, you will fully understand why you would have been better off throwing the food away and just eating the cardboard box it came in.

one of the worst pizza huts ive ever had to deal with. consistently slow service, rude/ indifferent employees, and low quality food. i made the mistake of trying the new "cheesy bites pizza" which looked NOTHING like the pictures. instead of pockets filled with cheese there were odd empty "humps" with no trace of cheese at all. kinda hard to describe but it was less than acceptable. if, like myself, you have little option but to deal with these people on a semi-regular basis then (to avoid disappointment) dont expect much

This particular restaurant is a hit or miss in terms of how good a pizza youll get. The last two occasions when I received the pizza, there was a thick glob of coagulated cheese in the center, rendering the pizza inedible. Youre better off buying a frozen pizza at a grocery store. The pizza here is never any better than typical franchise fare. This restaurant has a high turn-over of personnel, few of whom have a work ethic beyond the next pay check. Spend your money elsewhere.

Just go across the street and get a frozen pizza. Forget the long wait, forget the hour it took to get a simple drink, forget the disgusting restroom that had caked urine and waste on the rim of the toilet and floor. The icing on the cake was the whine from the staff as they reviewed and broke the tip FROM THE REGISTER!!! 20% wasnt enough apparently.

Tried to order a pizza here. It went through online as a delivery. I even got the email. I get a call back saying they dont deliver here and the lady was very rude. Now i understand why they have a 2.7 review. I work for a pizza place and i would suspend my workers if they talked me like that lady there. My family will never go back here.
