Went to Wings House to watch the UFC fights. Hostess barely got my name, no way to track us down. I watched her roam around searching for people waiting. During our wait to get seated, we grabbed drinks from the bar. After we got seated, no server came to our table at all. After 30 minutes we finally went to the hostess to ask for a server. The server came by, got our order. Then never returned until she showed up to tell us she was leaving and wanted to close us out. She then hinted that we should leave because other people were waiting, but we were there to watch the fights. We never got another server. At one point a bus boy cleared our table and no server ever came by. Finally after an hour I went back to the bar to get another drink. The bartender failed to charge me for the drink. During all of this, I watched multiple servers just standing around, checking cell phones and generally ignoring their jobs. Several servers had obvious boyfriends there and would sit down and hangout. 2 servers actually brought out silverware and napkins and sat with their boyfriends while they wrapped silverware. Finally, its a bar. When we arrived around 8:30pm they were already out of Spiced Rum and Tequila. It is a bar on Saturday night. How are you out of alcohol?

Went to wing house looking for some good wings! When we arrived, we asked to sit outside and told someone would be right with us! The restaurant was not busy! After waiting 20-25 minutes i had to approach a server for someone to wait on us!! After another 10 minutes we were approached by a very pleasant server who finally took our order After another 10-15 minutes our order arrived. But no utensils! Had to ask a different server for the utensils! Salad was very good but its hard to screw up a salad! Wings were ok at best! Sauce was a little on the scarce side but it was ok!! We were very disappointed!! I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and in fact have already advised people not to go!!

This place was amazing! We went on our vacation to Florida, and we loved it! Their Mozzarella sticks and Potato skins were hot and fresh and delicious! Then we got to our main courses, and the wings, holy cow, were huge! But they came out fresh and lightly breaded, not to much not to little, and were simply delicious! But I underestimated the size and ordered 20, so next time its 5 wings there for me. The staff were very nice and friendly, and got all our order right. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and the decor was nice, though it could use some upgrading. Other than that I give it 5 stars and highly recommend that anyone go there if they are looking for some good wings and drinks! <3

No one greeted us when we arrived, so we just went and grabbed a table, after a good 10 minutes wait we had to ask one of the servers for help. I asked for a DOS EQUIS beer, which Im use to get at almost any place been to, guess what?, the server she had no idea what I was talking about, she even called to the table a Spanish speaking coworker for help, may be she thought I wasnt able to say the God damn beer name in english???. wife asked for a REEDS APPLE, server came back a while after to apologize cause they ran out of it. Overall, not a good experience for us at this place, food wasnt that bad, wings are wings after all. Nice place to go get a beer or two and watch a game.

Muy mal servicio, la mesera tomo mi orden y luego se fue para fuera del establecimiento para hablar con unas amistades que llegaron alli. Luego todos los empleados tenian un vacilon en una esquina del lugar que hasta piensas que se estaban burlando de los clientes. Esta es solo mi humilde opinion, en lo personal no vuelvo a ese local.

My family and I went here after a long day at the parks. Chose it bc it had great reviews. Wanted good portions and not $30 a plate. Was sat immediately. Put order in within 5 mins. Ordered an app, 1 dinner, 20 wings and a beer. Watched three other tables come in after us and get their food. It had been 55 mins at this point. Asked what was going on and waitress said i told the kitchen and they are working on it now. Asked to speak to a manager...10 mins went by and nothing. Walked right out. Ended up eatting Pollo Tropical and got the family meal...and it was excellent.

My husband and i are on vacation from Texas and wanted to find a Hooters near by. We found this place and thought, what the hell lets just grab whatever close by. This was probably the worse experience ever. The fries taste like they are from jack in the box, and the burger like it was from burger King. The manager didnt even come up and apologize. Our waitress never bought us water and in had to wave her down while our food was sitting at the pick up window. Stupid.

been here several times, i know not to order mac n chz for my kid when its busy. its looks like the kitchen just threw on the chz powder and gave it a quick swirl. i know not to call take out, was placed on hold and when i arrived their, i was still on hold for 18:47. Manager was courteous and offered to have the order ready promptly. i am not going to wait around for 10 - 15 min. thats why i was trying to call in. But, overall, good service, good food.

Aweful greasy food substitute that my body is still paying for the next morning. The waitress was terrible, slow and got the order wrong. We had to ask them to bus our table that we sat at. Garbage was all over the tables around us... never cleaned up. Awful beer selection. Your choice is massed produced American light beer or massed produced American light beer or Sam Adams. Do yourself a favor and find someplace else to eat.

it was my first time and I absolutely loved it. the service was great. the food was delicious(took some time) but it was great. very reasonable price. while there I left my purse on the table and brian the manager took it away in the safe for me. he also was kind enough to mail it to me. I highly recommend this place for a good time with friends, beers, football and good food/service.

Waitress are not good,,sat down by the smoking section not setting by the table because I was by myself did not want to take a table because I know the more the people more tips u get, not one waitress came over to me and ignore me, I didnt know I was in a fine dinning restaurant where I should of waited to be sit down,then sat by bar, bartender are amazing great job

Havent been here in years, last expierence was amazing service and food. This time food was great ! SERVICE was not so great. Girl looked like she didnt even want to tend to our party of 6. We waited forever for refills and she never really came around. She was to busy going out side and flirting with her all male tables. We didnt even get a smile -.-...
