Ordered take-out here during the second night of my trip to Orlando and found the food to be OK, though not great. I had never heard of this chain before, so was a bit surprised to find on their Wikipedia page that they had 200+ locations. Anyhow, I called ahead to order and the woman who took my phone had a bit of an attitude (not sure why, maybe they were really busy?). I ordered the seared ahi tuna steak with green beans and potatoes au-gratin on the side for $19 total. She said it would be about 15-20 minutes and I set my timer and walked over. I was surprised at how busy the restaurant was (probably 70-80% full with a line at the check-in desk) for a Wednesday at 7pm, though I guess it caters to tourists staying at the nearby hotels. They had just brought my food up as I arrived and I paid and headed back to my hotel in under two minutes. The food itself was fine, though nothing spectacular. The tuna was sort of seared, but a bit too mushy on the inside as compared to how I’ve had it before. The green beans and the potatoes were both better than the tuna and pretty good (though seemed like they had a fair amount of butter on them).

I just came to Bonefish Grill for the first time ever while Im on vacation. I was really impressed by how warmly I was greeted by all the staff members. Also, the atmosphere is excellent, it was a little dim and there were clear crystal rocks as decorations that made you feel like you were under the sea. Our server was Greg. He was phenomenal. He gave my boyfriend and I a run through of the menu and have us some really good suggestions when it came to cocktails, appetizers and our dinners. We started with Bang Bang shrimp and pineapple and raspberry martinis. The shrimp was excellent with just the right amount kick to the sauce. The drinks were delicious and they had a good balance of alcohol and juice. My boyfriend had the sea bass in a lemon butter sauce with spaghetti squash and potatoes and loved it. I had a filet mignon with a shrimp skewer spaghetti squash and green beans. The filet was so tender and flavorful and cooked to perfection. It was a great experience overall and I would highly recommend anyone go here. Ask for Greg! He was awesome.

We came in this past Wednesday night for Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos (our favorite entrée that never disappoints). This location is less than two miles from home, and with all the options in the area, theres nowhere else we go for fish! Ive had the Bang Bang Shrimp many times before, and this time was no different. It tastes so good that I always make sure to bring some home to have for later! The service we received from our server to the kitchen and even the Manager, Miguel, was phenomenal. The same goes for previous visits, on different days of the week and at different times of the evening. Weve sat at the bar several times to meet with friends, and with the intention on going for dinner more so than drinks. But the service from both bartenders has always been exceptional. We have never had a problem receiving our food or being ignored/skipped when requesting a drink.

I am an advid diner at The Bonefish Grill . My wifes favorite dish is spicy tuna Bowl ! To my disappointment it was overdone and hard the manager came by with a second try again dry and overdone.(shouldnt have served) Very unaccommodating I asked for a corn chowder soup none was ready she would have to wait 7 minutes. She settled for the mango salad how can you get wrong with a salad it was good. I would never come to this establishment . Our server Lance was very apologetic and accommodating its not his fault the chef cant cook. The manager did not charge for the tuna Bowl. BUT he could have offered a drink for. Bad tasting overcooked Tuna bowl bad managing for customer service. Thankfully were only on vacation and we can enjoy our regular Bonefish Grill.

A very upscale setting without having to be too dressy. Kudos to the friendly staff and quick service. I really love seafood and I always gravitate towards seafood restaurants when given the opportunity. Ive enjoyed seafood around the world so I believe Im pretty fair in my assessments. I was sad that portions are so small. The crab cakes were small and dry. The spicy tuna bowl sounded so wonderful in the menu, but was so disappointing. Only a few slices of encrusted tuna was served, and instead of that deep pink color, the tuna was brown which is typical of old tuna. Pretty sorry considering were in a state with seafood in abundance all around.

Delicious food. Polite and patient stuff! Whether youre a health freak or just picky with what you put in your mouth, this place is for you. What a pleasant experience! Our waitress Lamana (Mandy) was knowledgeable and well informed about the menu and house specials. She took the time to walk us through and help with the food selection, being quite attentive throughout the dinner. We ordered crab cakes, lobster stuffed shrimp and wild branzini from the specials menu. Everything was delectable! I would venture to say, this was one of the most delicious dinners weve ever had in Orlando.

Didnt mean to give 5 stars, more like 0. Although the bang bang shrimp was very nice the rest of the meal was extremely disappointing. Firstly the order was wrong then when it did arrive both me and my wifes dinner wasnt very warm as they had brought it out after it had been sitting on the side for five minutes. My daughter asked for grilled fish with fries and tomatoes and ended up with fried fish with soggy batter, barely warm fries with no tomatoes. Would normally have complained but after a long day at Disney could not be bothered what a waste of $100 very disappointing.

This is my favorite local Bonefish, I will typically drive out of my way just to dine at this location. The staff has always been top notch, friendly, attentive, etc and my food has always been on fleek. They seem to have a low turnover rate at this location, which suggests to me that its a fairly decent place to work and the staff sticks around. If you like Bonefish but have had an unpleasant experience at other locations, try this one. P.S. you must have at least one Parkers, they are a little pricey, but hands down the best Margarita anywhere.

A great casual dress restaurant with really nice ambience! We are locals and love going here for the good food and pleasant service. I was a little concerned about arriving at 9:55pm last night but our experience was excellent even at that late hour for dinner. The menu has many options to please everyone and the house salad is the best Ive ever had... usually house salads are boring; this one is creative. The Dayboat scallops are delicious if you like a bit of kick in the spice category. Thanks Erick R for your great service!

Not a very good variety to select from on the menu...Half of the two sided menu was alcohol.I had the chicken Teriyaki bowl and it was rather good. The Waiter ruined the entire experience for my family. After 15 minutes of not seeing him I waived him down and asked for some bread. He had another customers bread in his hands already and rudely jolted it onto table.. The only time he had any manners was when he brought the check and Im sure that was him kissing up for a tip.
