Let me first say that this was a last minute stop before ending our night out on the town in Orlando. It was almost 1pm in the morning and most other restaurants were closed and this place was right across the street from the hotel we were in. OK so we called to order over the phone however the member said that there are 36 different wing flavors to choose from so we decided to come inside to order. we did not sit down and eat we ordered our wings and sat at the bar to wait for them. we did not order any drinks at the bar either. so i did not leave a tip. we waited for about 10-15 mins and the wings were brought to us. so we get back to the room to eat and the wings were so soggy like they were cooked really fast and taken out of the fryer too soon. I decided not to complain because it was already late and we were tired. now back from the trip and waiting on my purchases to process so i know how much money is left in my account.. i used my card the whole weekend so i was waiting on the tips that i did leave to be added to my purchases. I knew which restaurants i left tips at and those were the ones we actually sat down and were served in like Fridays, Kings bowling alley, Shoneys restaurant, not the movies and not Hurricane since we only ordered to go. So the wings we got from Hurricane were 19.99+ tax which came out to be 21 and change. However looking at my account I see that I was charged a $2 tip on my purchase. I know for a fact that i did not leave a tip to them, for what? They didnt do anything but make the food i ordered and we left. Now i still did not call to complain because its $2 but I did choose to leave this review to let others know to make sure you sign your receipt correctly and leave no blanks for them to put whatever they want. On top of the food being horrible and under cooked you guys took it upon yourself to charge my account extra for a tip that i did not leave. I will never go to another Hurricane Grill in any city or state that i visit. Im pretty sure if this happened to me then it has happened to others and it may still happen unless we put a stop to it. Hopefully this doesnt happen to anyone else and for more money.

We got there around 9:30pm on a Friday night. The place was pretty empty, we got fried pickle chips which were AMAZING and burning hot just how I like my food to come out. The server turned us over in about 30mins and it was quick even though we chose to sit on the Patio. They had fans and walk up bar seating with viewable tvs from the tables outside. At 10pm they started music/karaoke. Our server Jason was genuine and quick to respond to requests. Got us everything we needed/asked for promptly and politely. The best part; the wings (actually Jumbo like they say).... I got all flats, no up-charge, the Medium sauce and the Garlic Parmesan Buffalo sauce which were delicious and just the right balance of kick and enjoyable flavor. My husband got the boneless wings with the garlic parm buffalo sauce on them- he doesnt like hot stuff but they were perfect for him and came out fresh and amazing as well. I wish we wouldve discovered this place the first night we were here because Id go back every night. Fairly priced as well for such a Florida Tourist area. *We didnt try any alcoholic drinks* the only thing that tasted weird was there water. I ONLY drink water and I had to order a plain iced tea because the water didnt taste right and I heard them say they were out of bottled water so Im not sure if thats a usual problem for them or not. Besides that, 100% recommend this local joint over any chain youre used to.

Two stars only for the medium buffalo and cyclone wings. We took our wings, fries and sweet potato fries to go. The other wings (honey BBQ, teriyaki, and firecracker) we ordered were over fried, dry and inedible. At least five wings went to waste due to being too hard to chew. The "hot" firecracker wings are not spicy either. The old lady working the bar/to-go order kiosk was so friggin rude. I saw other ppl with Parmesan fries so I asked her if those were the regular fries and she said "No" and so I said Ah, didnt realize you guys had that as an option. No response, other than a "heres your receipt, please sign it". Then, I asked her for a side of "boss sauce" that Id read about online, and she acted like she didnt want to get it for me. Instead she replied "Please sign your receipt". Another server had to prompt her to get it, and then she tried to charge me $0.50 for it. Which i was about to pay and again the other server had to prompt her to waive it. She didnt tell me that my order was in two separate bags, so I walked out to my car and had to walk back in to get my other bag once I realized I didnt have all the food i had ordered. I didnt get her name, but she was rude AF. Theres plenty other places to get wings and drinks without dealing with stupid attitude.

For a place that advertises its wings, it was not very impressive. Had six different flavors for my group and couldnt tell much of a difference between the tastes - no zest at all. If you are close by this place and want wings, go to Buffalo Wild Wings. The staff was polite and wanted to go out of their way to make our visit more satisfactory but it was futile. When we spoke with our server and gave her our opinion, she went to her manager on her own to let her know we werent satisfied. The manager was willing to give us different flavors but we didnt want to eat more tasteless wings. My friend and fiancé tore me a new one because I wanted to try something different. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I cant comprehend how they are doing well and opening new restaurants. Perhaps it was the cook at this place.

This place is terrible. This is the third strike for this worthless establishment. I kept coming back thinking my experiences were anomalies. Well the slow, poor service is apparently the norm. On a very lazy Sunday we visited. After being seated we were finally greeted by our server 5 minutes later. 25 minutes later our wings arrived. First bite into a wing revealed this nice pinkish red, undercooked meat. Its always nice to have a server who disappears and then has to be flagged down to get a refill on a beverage. My fiancé and I will not be spending another $40 for this poorly served and underwhelming meal.

I literally am in the parking lot leaving and had to leave a comment. its a Saturday night its not quite busy a karaoke which was pretty good food was great. But what made it a night to remember was our server. Im a new mom my son turns 1 and we are celebrating a bit early and our server John brought us a slice of cheesecake with a candle on top he took the time to go next door to purchase a candle to help us celebrate my sons birthday. Thank u so much John it may seem small but ur kindness means so much. Thank you and may God bless you and your family
