We just ate here today and we not really for service have to ask the waiter for why and waited for a long time to get one the kids waited until their food was cold for ketchup and we have to wait for over 5 minutes after asking for drinks and the only way they could give us was that there were short staffed and whenever our bill came we got charged gratitude mandatory and I made a comment to the waiter that why should I have to pee what they want me to pay for gratitude if the service was not up to par indeed gratitude is owed when you receive excellent service but in our case it was very poor and very not appreciated so our bill was about 50.00 dollars and we have to pay eight dollars and some change for mandatory gratitude our friend that paid on a separate check theres was 30 something dollars and they have to pay for the same waiter six dollars and some change for gratitude also mandatory and for the same for poor service the only thing the waiter for the same after I ask why was my credit card charged that amount for gratitude that who had authorize that she showed me the menu that it said that for gratitude for a party with over so many guests and for good service we would be charge a percentage of gratitude then I responded but we didnt get excellent for good service so there for that should not apply to this party just our honest opinion this is how we still in we would never go back there again on top of the poor taste on the food in the orders coming all separately some of us have to wait for the others to get their food and it was just an overall. Not good experience

On vacation from NY... I was driving down 192 in Kissimmee and saw the Mexican Rio Grille sign... Very hungry from being at Disney all day, so I took my wife...Me and the wife ordered Golden Margaritas...They were pretty good and very tasty...Yes I must admit I ordered another :) Then we had the Cheese dip and Sampler platter for Appetizers....Our waitress Linda was super nice and also helped us with some info regarding stuff to do in area...We then ordered 2 California Steak Burritos..They were Huge! we both got boxes for the leftovers...It was a great meal, Actually thinking about coming here our last night in town on Monday again. We want to try the Fajitas as the table next to us ordered and they looked amazing! We then went to Sharkys Sports Bar next door to catch the end of the Knicks game... We also played some pool...After a pretty horrible long day at Disney, this is what we needed to finish our day positive....A great meal and some great cocktails... A++ to Rios and A++ to Sharkys....Thank you for a great experiance! See U Monday! Mark & Gemma

Very disappointed, my family and i came back from a long day from Disney and decide to get mexican food. Little did we know this place isnt authentic. We were expecting food that tastes good. A big issue is that there was no cilantro in any of the food we ordered, they apparently dont serve it with cilantro. Last time I remember, authentic Mexican restaurants have cilantro in it. Im not Mexican and I even know cilantro goes with this certain type of food. I would honesty compare this to Taco Bell, because they both arent real authentic Mexican food. Plus if the staff is in a bad mood, at least keep your thoughts to your self. No one wants to hear about how much you want to leave, and etc. Overall if you want real authentic mexican food, I would recommend every other place except this place, and if youre going to open a Mexican restaurant then learn what goes with the food.

First of all ,once I got into the main entry at4PM it took a while for someone to greet us . Me and my wife had a simple dinner which was salmon and salad it was normal nothing special its normal at a Mexican restaurant. The issue is the waiter she was three times asking is everything ok? Yes but the worst the waiter was waiting us all the time to leave as soon as possible saying bye. The word bye means a lot for any customers or clients. It was first impression we had which I dont like it maybe cuz we did not spend a lot of money , drinks etc to leave her more tips.??????? I know managers will reply to my claim to keep your business clean ,but its my remark and advise from a business man as well which I consider the clients as a King. Thank you.

Its *ok* at best. The Mexican pizzas ground beef resembles the flavor of what I think canned dog food should taste like. Their small bowl of sopa Azteca has frozen vegetable medley.... never seen green beans or cauliflower in this soup at a restaurant before - nothing fresh about it - The salsa is "on the house" for a tiny dish but wouldnt be woryh paying for as it and the chips have no flavor. The happy hour lasts until 7pm PER OUR SERVER but I guess 6:55pm counts as 7pm because the waitress didnt offer to get us in under the happy hour prices. (Not to mentuon online says happy hour until 8pm) Generally speaking, the decor is tacky and the music is loud. Definitely not somewhere I will return.

Ordered Take Out and after waiting 30 minutes for food, learned that there was an 18% GRATUTITY added on. They didnt say anything about it when I ordered, the total seemed high so I asked what was so much. they were trying to be sneaky, if we werent starving from waiting so long, we would have left the food there. That is the most ridiculous thing. The food was definitely overpriced! We could have gone and had steak for as much as we ended up paying. $71.83 for 5 dinners. this included the $10.25 forced gratutity. Will make sure and NEVER go back. Never heard of paying for service you didnt receive.

Great tasting food. Great flavor without over doing it with salt or spices. Food tasted fresh. Prices were comparable with other Mexican restaurants. Service was pleasant and although I did go wanting for a refill of water, it was because the server was occupied at another large table. Ultimately a second server came by to check on us and helped us out. Restaurant is in a strip mall and it does look a bit worn, but the place, table, and glasswear were clean. Food makes up for any concerns with worn down appearance. I would definitely go back again.

If I could give this place a negative 5 I would. The positive reviews raving about the mango drinks must come from employees because restaurants like this give the tourist distric a bad image. If youre looking for authentic mexican cuisine this isnt the place. However, if youre looking for subpar tex mex this place is for you! Horrible food, the only good thing is the 34 oz beer mugs on tap. Dined here more than once just to be fair. Want good Mexican food? Then drive another mile or two to El tenampa or Tapatio!

Not even worth a rating of one star. Horrible food and very overpriced. The enchilada I was served tasted like it was right out of the microwave. The bathrooms are filthy as they are connected to the bar next door. I went in to wash my hands before eating and some guy was over the stall throwing up from drinking too much. A tourist trap that probably stays in business because they know people are in town for a few days. I live in the area but would never consider going there again.
