This particular franchise is awful. I have seen employees put utensils on the counters, move from the cash register to serve food, and drop food on the edges of the counter and scrap it in the containers. There is seldom enough food in the containers. Rather than charging for 2-times which should be 1.80, they charge 4.75 for three items. They charged me per scoop not item. I suggest you check your receipts for accuracy and your food for sanitation.

I am on crutches and got no help going in or out of the door. There was literally no one in line when i arrived. They watched me crutch all the way to the door then watched me struggle opening it because they have automatic hinges and you have to pull pretty hard. The portions were slightly skimpy as well and when i mentioned it the guy just said "oh yeah" and went on down the line. Then as i left they all watched me struggle my way out the door.

Th service at this location is a bit lackluster. I’ve had instances where employees behind the line are simply put off or annoyed by the fact you have an order or a need to each lunch, with no smiles or positive attitudes, which makes you feel awkward as a customer. God forbid you ask for extra cheese or for less salsa after they put four times as much as you asked for on there and are made to feel like a zealot.

The service was amazing . Ive been to chipotle in Willoughby . Mentor. Warrensville . And more but when I went the one In the village of woodmere, they greeted me as soon as I walked in and the Employees were nice , welcoming ,and respectful . I will definetly go back ! I never did a review on resturaunts or anything but I had to ... Im definetly Considering on filling out a application.

The line was long, but it moved quickly. Everything was stocked. I have never eaten at this location before due to the wait, Ive always ended up leaving until today. Staff was courteous and professional. One BIG sanitary issue I had, was the girl with blue hair didnt have it pulled under her hat and she flipped her hair every 2 seconds while on the line over the food. UNEXCEPTABLE!

This is hands down the best Chipotle around. Great staff! So kind, genuine and hard workers unlike other Chipotles around. They gave me free food because they were minutes late on the online order! I told them thats how you keep customers! Best Chipotle experience Ive had. Lets hope the hard workers continue to thrive here!

Awful!!! Just today we got 2 burritos, my husband had to repeat 3 times that he wants white rice, no green beans, and that we want sour cream on his and my burrito, we end up with no sour cream at all, they did not put it. Staff is careless and slow. Worst burrito ever, so disappointed.

The crew is so friendly, everyone and everything is fast. The cuts are great, portions could use a tiny bit of work because I love my steak but I still love this chipotle, the cashier is always super friendly and everyone is super nice and clean!
