While on vacation to Walt Disney World we thought we would try some good ol Chinese food and since our resort had in-suite kitchens we could have leftovers too; win-win! First Order: First time we ordered we got delivery. I called at about 8:00pm as we left the park at closing (7pm) and it took us that long to get back to a resort 5 minutes from Magic Kingdom. But they said hours were until 10:00pm on the menu left in our check-in package. The only problem I had was with the man on the other end of the phone. I only took one star off because it is late in the work day for them and I typically give people the benefit of the situation. He answers and he sounds like he is literally ready to go home. Drawn out speech, many sighs. I asked if our resort was within delivery radius (even though we had a menu implanted in our check-in package) and there was a drawn out sigh as a response. He did use the standard niceties like "thank you" and "please." Just something told me he did not want to be there and I was putting him out. Not a typically a bad thing, but they were preparing our food! Just doesnt give you a great feeling. I was told 45 minutes for delivers. Took 30 minutes. The man who delivered was super nice, energetic, definitely a different person. He even went over my order with me since it was a big one to ensure it was satisfactory. I gladly tipped him more than 20%. The food was actually pretty good. Standard American-Chinese food. The General Tsos and Sesame Chicken type meals. We tried the egg fried rice and that rice alone could have made my night! To this day best fried rice I have had in the States. Second time we were going to a place to eat when we get there and it is not open until 4pm (Saturday). In my home state we are used to this place serving lunch so it caught us off guard. Then we see 126 Chinese Restaurant across the street and having been about a week decided to have it again! Went in person to order to-go and service was magnificent! While ordering the gentleman behind the counter was courteous, asked me questions about the meals to make sure I got what I wanted and even engaged our daughter about Disney World while we waited (ended up giving her a sucker and free drink). Free stuff aside, I thought the service this time was 6/5 stars and it almost made me give them 5 stars overall. I wish I could do 4.5/5 because that is what they truly got from me. This time the food was just as great as last time if not better (we were a bit more tired and hungrier). Fried rice again was spectacular! In total six different "chef specialty" meals were eaten and all were great. Definitely all between 8.5 to 10 out of 10 for the food. I wish I did not have that first experience and am glad I gave them more than one shot. Hopefully people will read this and understand I think the people there work themselves a bit too hard perhaps. Typically service is great, the food is great...dont let a single tired employee keep you from awesome food. :-)

I usually order from this place. I live 5 minutes away and the lady that always picks up the phone knows my order and my familys order by hard because we usually order the same thing, well today, my family and I ordered and they messed up. It was a different person who picked up the phone and a new delivery driver. I ordered a combo, Shrimp Lo Mein with wonton soup and no veggies with egg fried rice instead of pork fried rice & I got veggies, no soup & very lityle shrimp. My mother ordered the garlic chicken with no veggies and to substitute the white rice that comes with it with pork fried rice & she also didnt get her pork fried rice. She got veggies instead of no veggies which is terrible because shes allergic to mushroom. She didnt like how the whole thing taste, she always orders the same thing & she said it tasted different. This is very disappointing because we always order from this place. Us two and her fiance and my boyfriend. I wanted to call and complain but it took more than 45 minutes for the food to get here so imagine if I was to call to complain about the food & get new food it would take even longer. Especially since its Friday night. Im very disappointed. Even my mother is and she said she will not order from here no more.

They said it will be 45 minutes for my delivery order. crazy but ok, whatever. 1hr 10min later my food arrives. 15.94 is what I should have been charged for the general tsos and krab rangoon.$19.15 is what they charged my card. (look-out tourists) then asked me for tip. ready for dinner I opened the rangoons anxious as it is my favorite. over cooked to the point that the filling was gone! called back for refund, being polite, and the worker told me that he didnt belive me. "no body complains about our krab rangoon" he said. so now they are supposedly bringing me a new order but with the hour it took them for the first order that I was paying for I doubt to see them anytime during my meal. taste was good but is it worth the rest of it? TWO HOURS LATER I HAVE MY MEAL. Delivery guy had to yell at front desk clerk. They charged me a delivery fee even after the (minimum purchase). So rude...guy told me that delivery was free "in old time but this is new time". just got LE CHINA to deliver for free on Monday and their crab rangoon was better than Ive had since LA.

I ordered 4 dishes there, and waited for a long time, the food was still not ready. There were no other guests waiting. When I asked when my food would be ready, the cashier said soon. I knew it was a typical answer, but she got the message, and I was going to return to my seat. Then a dude showed his face from behind the shelves, making some snide comments that really annoyed me. I then demanded to know how many dishes of my order had been done, and when the order can be finished. Quickly it became clear they had not even started to prepare for my order, and the dude got berserk and started hurling insults. I got angry, shouted back, but at least without saying anything nasty. In the end I left without eating. That was the first time I lost temper over a food ordering in my life. Definitely the worst experience. Btw the prices were not much cheaper than the chinese food in Disney Epcot World Showcase.

The 126 Chinese Restaurant is a great stop for fantastic food and service. My family orders from here at least weekly. The service is great! Unless your extremely hungry, you will have leftovers. A great value! Always a friendly, sincere greeting when placing the order. If picking up, very fast. Only a 10 minute wait at most. Delivery is just as fast and very professional and prompt. The food is always hot for delivery and pick up is always on time given. The Chinese food is very good, Id rate it a 9 out of 10! The most impressive about 126 is open kitchen floor plan. You can watch food be prepared. It is the cleanest Chinese restaurant on West Irlo Brandon Highway/ Route 192. I highly recommend this for local people and tourist alike. Chef Guy Paul
