they make food in very dirty place and top of that their customer service is the worst. I went to pick up my food couple of times and i thought it was fine and then, 1 day i placed an order for delivery. I waited for whole one hour and wondered what happened. And called that place lady picked it up and says, i have to wait another 10 min. I said to her, i dont want to wait anymore, Ill get food from somewhere else. And do u know what she said. She said, If u canceling your order with no good reason, we dont need your business. and hang up on me. For me, i would never ever go to that place again.

Ive picked up and had delivery from King Fong. I dont think that it makes a difference, but the last delivery I got from them made me write this review. Ive had great food from King Fong. Ive also had some incredibly bad food from King Fong. If they will get the consistency of their quality up to par, Id order from them all the time. My last delivery of beef lo mein was piping hot, but it also tasted like it had been sitting in standing mop water before they prepared it. I was very disappointed. I couldnt even eat it.

I always order delivery so I have no clue what the inside of this place looks like. I am always satisfied. The person who answers the phone is polite, so is the delivery person and the food tastes great. I have tried other Chinese food restaurants in the area and I prefer this one. They are always on time or early when it comes to the delivery. They even delivered made it here early when there was a BLIZZARD!!! They warned me it may take an over and hour and they were here in 35 mins.

Worst Chinese experience Ive had. Wanted it try the food since they had good reviews but I shouldve listened to the people who complained about delivery. They told me half an hour and I kept calling and every time I did, theyd say "theyll be there in a few minutes" but I ended up waiting an hour and a half and STILL no food!! So I called once more and said I didnt want my order anymore since they wouldnt even cover the delivery charge and all the guy had to say was "ok cool" and hung up.

Took over an hour and a half for them to deliver my order. I called to check on the order I placed, and was told that it was on its way. Received a call back 15 minutes later from the driver who said she was just leaving . . . Food was cold when it arrived and certainly nothing special. And they forget my eggroll. Never again.

The food is always tasty and hot. The price are good and the order are always correct. Would recommend to everyone to eat there if they want good Chinese food. Also fast delivery. The white older man that delivers the food is nice man and always on time.

Food is great, ordinarily I would give five stars. However, it is abject stupidity to take 15 minutes to clean your grill the most busy time of the evening. Its no fun to wait almost a half hour.

Ordered fried wonton. Got wonton soup. Beef with cashew was totally flavorless and unappetizing. Unfortunate. Food used to be good. Tossing it all in the trash. Wont order here again.
