If negative stars were possible, they were definitely deserved by this "restaurant". We ordered from a flier left in our room from a Disney resort only to find that they are illegally left on the property and are banned from selling their food here. When the food arrived, and hour later than the original hour it was supposed to take, it was soggy, burnt and cold. We called back asking for a manager and were told that we could have a full refund due to the quality of the food. After waiting for them to return with the money for an hour or so, we called and asked them to just slide the money under the door of our room. We were then told that the manager had left for the day and that refunds were never given as a part of their company policy. So, basically, we were never going to be given a refund and the manager lied to us to get us off the phone. The same thing happened with the room next door to us. Also, the employees from the desk at the resort said that the company will scam you and take credit card information if given, so please do not use a credit card if you do decide to try this horrendous "food".

This place is an end to end disaster. Order pizza/wings from ANYWHERE else. Delivery took over 2 hours for 2 pizzas, some onion rings, and some mozzarella sticks. When the items finally arrived, they were cold (obviously) and they "must have forgotten" the 2nd pizza. The delivery girl backed off $14 at the door. When I got upstairs, I found the mozzarella sticks void of cheese, packed in the same container as the onion rings, and surrounded by dirty ketchup packets (no marinara). When I called back to the store to speak with a manager, I was told the manager was not going to be in until 10:30 PM and that the store was "a cluster f**k" right now. I was given the mobile number of "David" and was asked by the cook to send him a text to discuss a cash refund. I sent an informative text but have yet to receive any form of response. I really wish I had looked this place up before calling a number on a flyer. Believe EVERY review on this site. This establishment is truly 1 star.

I am so disappointed in this place they want to call "Slice of Italian Heaven". More like a slice of s*** !! My husband and I were starving after spending an entire day at Disney & come back to our hotel wanting something fast & since a slip was left under outdoor we thought why not ? We got the pizza and we get up to our room and the damn pizza was thin as cardboard & cold. The wings had to be the worst of it all. They were so dry and bland . It had no more than a teaspoon of "hot sauce" sitting on the bottom of the container . Hands down the worst crap I have ever eaten in my life . I regret not looking at the reviews before ordering. We called in to complain and they said they would give us a free meal no matter the cost for the following day . HAAAA no thanks i would rather eat a lunchables pizza then this "food" again.

We are staying in a Disney resort for vacation so we thought we would order pizza to save a little money. The to-go menu was left outside of our door and since Disney allowed them to come into our resort, we thought we would give them a shot! We called and the person that answered the phone was unprofessional and did not allow us to pay with a credit card; he insisted that we pay with cash. The pizza took over an hour to arrive and it was room temperature despite being 3 miles away from the resort. The driver discounted it upon request but even then the food was subpar. I highly recommend calling a different location and Disney should not allow this restaurant near their property.

Very, very thin slice of Italian heaven. We ordered a chocolate cake dessert for $3.99, expecting something similar to Pizza Huts small chocolate cake. What we got was one thin, irregularly cut portion of what appeared to be a 6 inch bundt cake. When we talked with the manager she explained that the cake is sold by the slice and if we wanted the whole 6" cake we needed to buy 12 slices for a total of $48. For a six inch chocolate cake. The sodas were cool, not cold, the pizza was unremarkable but not greasy, the delivery was late, and the desert was a swindle.

We had a horrible experience when we ordered the first night. By horrible, I just mean that it was late at night with 4 hungry children and the food took longer than we were told it would. When it finally got here it was cold, but still tasted good. I called back to complain and the manager, Dave, apologized and took care of dinner for my family the next night. He even personally delivered the food to make sure it arrived on time and warm to our hotel. The food tasted great. He certainly made up for the bad experience the night before.

I wish I could leave less stars. Everything we got delivered was COLD and GROSS. The wings were just plain and sitting in a pool of sauce, the cheese sticks were stuck together and hard and had no cheese. The pizza was the worst part, not only did they bring the WRONG PIZZA, it was paper thin and when we tried to take a piece it was stuck down on the box. Overall a horrible experience and we are getting a refund and putting it in the trash where it belongs. Take your business anywhere else.

Our last nite before leaving FL. Were hungry and their menus were under our door every day, so we figured wed give them a shot (they say noon-4am, its 1:30am).... we call, the guy answers "pizza", so, being friendly & kind of playful we respond "pizza? Great! Thats what we want!" He says "were closed. Were tired and wanna go home so we closed early." And hung up. Thankfully, though, now that weve read everyone elses reviews! Dont bother!

The place is horrible! I mean down right terrible. Customer service bad and food taste like BUTT/ looks even worst. Also, got a salad and it looks like a bag of lettuce from grocery store. Had to order from awhole other pizza shop in the middle of night. Then the boss told me to "STOP COMPLAINING AND JUST EAT IT!" Just horrible service all the way around. DO NOT I mean DO NOT eat here. Run away And run away fast!

We ordered a Supreme pizza and it came with just bell peppers and Pepperoni on it, the pizza wasnt cut right, and it was over priced. We got a salad as well and the Lettuce was old. The cheese sticks we ordered were cold as was the rest of the food. We ordered garlic bread and didnt get it. The delivery guy tried to get 10 extra dollars off of me as well. Very bad food, not worth the price at all.

Called to order and guy tried to force me to pay with cash, I refused, then he took my card over the phone and asked me to tip, said it would take 45-to an hour. They arrived an hour and 30 minutes later and gave us cold food. It was awful. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs and it tasted like nothing! The sauce was watery and the noodles were over cooked and mushy. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
