Quite possibly the worst take out experience of my life. They screwed up someone elses order, then made it right by giving that person my order. Literally. You cant make this stuff up. I arrived here at 7 pm. I ordered in store and was told my order would be ready at 715. Large pepperoni, light cheese. The counter is right next to a bench where I was sitting so I could hear most of what was going on in the kitchen/counter area. There was a man who seemed to have made an online or phone order before I arrived, and he went up to the counter a few times to check his order. At about 715, I overheard the counter girl say something that sounded like, “we have a large pepperoni light cheese that we can give you,” and the man said, “yeah it’s close enough, it’ll have to do, I have somewhere to be.” I instantly became curious, as that was my exact order and he seemed to be agreeing to it only to save time. It also sounded like this counter girl was offering to comp him a pizza in the future. I stood up to ask, and by that time he was walking out the door. I asked where my pizza was and she said it was cooking. I told her I heard her just give away a large pepperoni light cheese to someone whose order was ready on time, and I was pretty sure it was mine, and that if I knew it was going to take so long then I wouldn’t have bothered to order there, and I certainly wouldn’t have tipped. She denied everything, then offered me 2 pizzas. I was confused but accepted. I then overheard her saying to the other staff, “He came up to the counter 5 ties, what was I supposed to do?” I couldn’t help but notice that her and the 2 other staff members were spending most of their time up near the counter, then after I called them out, they spent most of their time in the back. The first pizza to come out was a large half pepperoni/half sausage. This was my “free second pizza.” Then after that, my large pepperoni/light cheese. I have come to the conclusion that the man’s pizza was the pepperoni/sausage, that my order was completed on time but they forgot to make his order, or messed it up. So they gave him my original pizza since it was similar to his, then gave me his pizza, then remade mine. My order wasn’t complete til 725. My mind is just BLOWN!! You don’t make things right with one customer by messing up another customer’s order. I’d also like to note, I stopped at this location after visiting the aquarium store and I had live fish in my car. So time was vitally important to me to ensure the health of my fish. They made it home fine, thankfully. I will never go here again. Its one thing to mess up an order, its another this to give away my food to make it right for that other person, and then its a whole, new level to lie and play dumb like they were hiding it. Outrageous.

I would rather give zero stars because not even 1 is deserved Manager was rude when I was asking where is my order that I ordered online and was supposed to be delivered at 5:09pm and was over 20 mins late His response repeatedly was driver left at 5:06pm and where did I get the time from obviously email I received after ordering online He was zero help just rude and repeating same response! Someone should go back to training because your customer service is horrible! By the way the reason my order was late since your not doing your job is because they forgot one of my pizzas and driver had to wait than her gas tank was on E so she had to stop to full her tank! So much for hot food ! Will never order from this location again as long as that manager is there!

I live in Eastlake and I was sent offers. I am told, on line, that I cannot purchase on line for this order. Not giving me any alternative but to call by phone, I did. I was able to purchase the pizza but why can I not do this on line. The on line offers, I am unable to claim. I dont feel your on line service is very customer friendly. Is it because of where I live? I live between Mentor and Willoughbys Pizza Huts. I finally ordered by phone to the Mentor one on Lakeshore. We love Pizza Hut. We go there when we are out but would like to enjoy it at times when we cannot get out. But then we cannot make use of the insentives. I would appreciate an answer. Please let me know what more I can do. Thanks again. Carol Soos

I only go there for the buffet. Its definitely a good price however the problem is once it starts to fill up you literally have to fight to get any thing to eat since most go for the same basic things like pepperoni pizza. Where as the other pizzas (like with peppers) just sits there getting cold. In other words if you want to fill up on pizza, be prepared to sit there two hours or more since odds are you wait forever to get more slices of what you want. With that said though I still love it. Its affordable and the pizza is great. As are they other items at the buffet!

So I went into this only buffet in my area to pick up a dipper pizza, and they make my pizza WRONG because the guy could not hear me over the phone. I called back to change the topping, and he spoke for a bit and then hung up on me. The manager was the worst manager Ive seen cooperate with its customers and was like "I will make your other pizza in 25 minutes" and then he tells an employee, "Guess what we are making now? HAM and Pineapple! (Order was heared as pepperoni and pineapple)."

We usually go for the Wednesday night buffet. It runs $8.99 for adults including your drinks. Several pizzas are offered along with pastas and breadsticks. Also they have a nice salad bar. This runs 5-8 pm. Staff is very attentive and friendly. I forgot to mention they do have beer.

We received free pizza coupons because another area pizza hut messed up our order. This Pizza Hut was gracious about honoring the coupons. The wait staff was friendly despite the almost free meal, and it being the end of their day. The food was exactly what we ordered. Well be back.

The only reason this pizza Hut got one star is because I had to do it to leave a review. Went in for buffet pizza was cold and one topping on each pizza... they definitely are skimping. Would have paid double to get a fresh large meat lovers for one person and throw half away.
