So we get on the pizza hut website and order a pizza, drinks, breadsticks, and desserts. Like $34. Then a few minutes go by and they call and say that were extremely out of their delivery area, and they cant do an order for us. Just kept saying "you need to call Americana." I asked what that even meant and he just said "you need to call them." The store it said it was ordering from was a 7 minute drive. Like two streets over. So super not "extremely far" away, and the website listed it specifically as the only store that would deliver. So Im like "is that a city? Are you saying Ive ordered from a store that isnt in America? I have no idea what americana youre talking about." He still never specified. So I google and find a store closer, and call them. They say they only do carry out, but theyll transfer me to a store that can help me. This guy apologized for the other store, and was really friendly and professional. I ask where he was transferring me, and that store was the same store that just said they couldnt help me. So they transfer me to a different store thats supposed to be right up the road. The third store says they cant deliver here and try to transfer me to the original store that wouldnt help. So I call back to the original store and ask for a manager this time. The manager was extremely rude about the whole thing, and kept saying he would transfer me to the other stores Id already talked to. Even though Id already told him that both of them had already tried transferring me back to him saying that his store was the only one that could deliver to this address. Then he says "well buddy you have 2 minutes to place an order somewhere else so good luck." Id been on the phone with pizza hut stores for half an hour at this point with no help anywhere. To top it off, they charged our card two times for the order they "cant deliver because its too far away." So they literally charged us $68 for a pizza that they never made, and never delivered, that 2 other stores and their website specifically said they should have been able to do. Ive already contacted corporate because this is absolutely ridiculous. If youre visiting Orlando, and you want a pizza, find another company.

I just hung up from someone in your store, and I am so mad If you were still open I would bring this nasty pizza down there and throw it at you. I have been in the restaurant business for over 30 years and would NEVER send something out that looked like this.. This is the third time this has happened and will probably happen again because I live so close and it is convenient that is a shame. If you are having issues then just say that and I will come and pick the damn thing up but an hour to deliver and then the girl delivery driver called and said she was sitting out front when my brother went out she was just pulling in, so on top of everything else she lied and the pizza is barely warm.. so when I called a man answered then a lady got on the phone and when I was done she simply said OK.. well missy its not ok.. I am glad you guys think you are so good that your service and your employees are like this.. unacceptable.. Maybe you need to retrain your people. And if the lady I talked to is the manager you definitely need to be retrained. OK is not the way to handle this, and I am not done if I can find a supervisor or owner they will be next.. I am furious.

If there was a way to give negative Stars, this location would definitely get it! I ordered online and was hoping to take advantage of the half off promotion they were having. When I checked out, the promotion was not applied. I called the the store to ask what was going on, the manager told me that this was a problem they were having, online was not applying the code. I asked her if there was anything she could do, or was there something that Pizza Hut was doing. Her response was there was nothing that could be done and then I basically was screwed. I will never ever ever order from this Pizza Hut! And after reading all the reviews it seems like this is a common story with a lot of people in this location. Horrible customer service! Save yourself the trouble and dont order from here either...

This place doesnt even deserve any stars. We ordered a pizza last night and after waiting for over an hour we called and they said it was still there. They then told us they would give us the pizza for free. After another hour it arrived, (very cold). The next day we called again because we noticed they still charged us. The manager basically acted like it was our fault and only wanted to give us only a store credit, after we got her to say she would refund us we got hung up on. We called back again and were put on hold for a long time before finally giving up. They are extremely unprofessional.

This Pizza Hut deserves no stars the most unprofessional place ever the manager Ciara is a joke her workers called me two times to tell me either I need to pick my pizza up or get a refund because there backed up I order my pizza at 9:00pm at 10:45pm I got a call to tell me I wont get my pizza because they close at 11:00pm NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!!!!!!! THEY NEED TO FIRE THE MANAGER CIARA AND HIRE ALL NEW WORKERS BECAUSE CIARA SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER THERE SHE IS MAKING YOUR COMPANY LOOSE SO MUCH BUSINESS AND LOOK SO BAD !!!!!!!!!!

So rude, placed order for delivery, they never brought it, and when I called the next day they tried to tell me they knocked and I didnt answer (we have motion sensors and 24/7 recording) the manager Siierra hung up on me 3 times, and basically told me she had other things to do, dont expect good customer service and dont order here if your super hungry, story ends with me sending my kids to bed with no food, and being called a liar the next morning. Would give it no stars nit option not available

This is the absolute worst Pizza Hut Ive ever ordered from!! Unfortunately its the only pizza place in range for delivery to my house. Every time I order from this location, two hours will go by and still no pizza. Then I call to ask where my pizza is, they respond with "oh well the driver must have already delivered your pizza because your not in our system." Well mam I wouldnt have called you if I was eating my pizza. Horrible experience and service every time.

If I could give less than one star I would worst Pizza Hut ever! They pick up the phone when they want to and take over 2 hours and thats after you have to call to tell them youve been waiting an hour and half and we only live a mile down the street . Not the first time something like this has happened waited a half hour on hold last time. The only thing I can say was the delivery girl was very nice but the store needs new management
