The only reason this place is still in business is because the branding is well-loved, and the location. Other than that, most of the food I get here is made incorrectly, the people are rude or just dont care, and its the SLOWEST experience Ive ever had with any drive-thru. This place needs to shape up, or the aforementioned qualities will not keep them in business. Edit: One year later and the review above still stands. I just walked out of this location without buying anything after standing in line for 20 minutes. They are still excruciatingly slow compared to the Casselberry and Maitland locations which I routinely make the trip to just to avoid this location, which I live only a couple miles from. I attempted to make an exception this morning as we are heading out on a long trip, but my standing in line took so long that they were no longer serving breakfast. I move this review from two stars to one, and would put it at 0 if I could. Management from the Casselberry or Maitland locations needs to show this crew how its done. Even down to their uniforms, the crew isnt together. Today I saw unkempt hair, only a few smiles, and very heavy eye make-up. I understand how rough a job in fast food is, I worked in the industry for more than 5 years. Chick-fil-a, I love you dearly, but you need to do something about this location.

Slowest Chick Fil A in Central Florida by FAR. Dont go here if you are in a rush!! All the other GOOD CFAs line the customers up in ONE long line like a snake and then the cashiers call for the next in line when they are ready, take the order, and have the customer wait off to the side for their order so that the cashier can take the next order from the next person in the large queue. This CFA just lets everyone bunch up near the counters without any sort of system at all. Everyone ends up fighting for a space in the large crowd of people because there is no system here. WAIT TIMES ARE HORRENDOUS!! On top of that, each cashier takes one order, then goes toward the back and fills the order into the bags on their own, leaving the cash register empty and unable to take more customers orders. OTHER GOOD CFAs have the cashier taking orders never leave the cash register, and have someone assigned to filling the bags with the orders while the customer waits to the side for the meal. Slowest CFA around as a result of zero planning for busy times, no line structure, slow cooks, slow drive through. Ive been to many other Chick Fil as that were able to handle much larger volumes of people much faster than a small amount of people are handled at this one. TERRIBLE JOB.

I regularly visit this Chik-fila for my carryout orders (Just due to the lines being so long, which is at every Chik-fila). I ordered a kids meal. Once I got the notification my food was ready, I went and picked it up (3 minutes). After 5 minutes from picking up the food and while driving to work, I noticed the fries were cold and the nuggets were room temperature. In addition, the box of the nuggets had a sticky film on it and was dirty. I called to let the location know about my dissatisfaction with the packaging of the food. The manager let me know they make the food fresh (it was made in the morning), and they wear gloves and do not touch the food. I told her the box was dirty and the food was cold (the coldness of the food was due to them putting my ice-cream in a cup in the bag that had my warm food). She offered to replace it for me. I informed her I am at work and do not have time to drive back to replace a $3 meal. She suggested I come by in the evening for a replacement and it can be my dinner. She missed the point. Her employee gave me food I paid for in a dirty box. I let her know, I will not return to that Chik-fila again, to order food.

My Mother went to Chic Fil a today around 2pm and her total came to $4.59 to which she handed the girl on the outside a $20 bill. The girl proceeded to give the change back of a $5 and change. My Mother told the girl she gave a $20 and the girl argued with her saying no she gave 2 five dollar bills. Why would anyone give 2 fives for something that didnt even cost 1 five. They shut the registers down and said it added up perfectly. My Mother is a senior citizen who is on a fixed income and is quite aware of what she gave this girl. Its my opinion that someone is $15.00 richer. My Mother will be calling back again tomorrow to see what the closing register reveals and I would hoped that this situation is rectified.

This Chick-fil-A is closest to our home, and I eat there from time to time. I can honestly say that the service and the food here isnt that great. Over the last several years the service has declined. The lines to buy food are long, as is the time you have to wait in line. Management does not seem to care too much about good service or how clean and organized the restaurant is. Ive been here during times when there werent that many customers in the store, and the service was slow. Many times Ive been inside and seen full bags of trash just sitting out next to trash cans, and Ive seen the restaurant generally unkept. Food portions seem to be smaller here than in other Chick-fil-A restaurants.

Ive been going to this location for approximately 15 years or so. Over the course of that time they go 2 orders wrong. I calculated the percentage of orders they got wrong. It calculates to approximately 0.000512%. Recently they changed ownership. Since that happened the percentage of orders they get wrong has hovered between 90-99%. Which is an improvement. When the ownership first changed the error rate was 100% for the first 6 orders or so. If not for the old manager still being there I wouldnt go back. An error rate that high is disgraceful in this day and age. If their error rate returned to how it was, extremely low, it would make for a much more pleasant experience.

The guy behind the counter was not very polite he was to busy trying to flirt with my sister in law and all in her face. When it was my turn next in line he was not so nice telling me i cant use a gift card that my sister in law had just used before me. He rushed me and didnt even get my drink or ice cream had another guy do it. Didnt tell me my total and didnt give me a receipt. I guess he was to busy letting her know how beautiful her green eyes are. Also my sister in law is white and im clearly not.. because I had not so good customer service my food wasnt all that.

This one SUCKS, worst CFA ive ever been to, they dont care about the customer. i came in at 1025am one day which is still breakfast time and got denied breakfast and wouldnt make any for me, this place is dirty, gave me problems and argued with me, complained to the manager and she didnt do anything, she went in back and stayed back there until i left and didnt fix the problem, food was bad, im assistant manager at a different CFA so i know thats not how a CFA should be ran. very disappointed, i expect that service and environment from Mcdonalds, not Chick Fil A
